Kirino saw the monster making him to block some of it's tentacles making Tenshi to begin the chant to kill it, but before the spell can hit it, he whacks her with six of it's tentacles making her to be close to being stabbed if she didn't break her bracelet.
It was giving to her by her mother and there was a glow making everyone to look to her as she floats in the sky making Kirino to wonder what is going on while Aoi mumbles "It's time now it seems." to herself really making Kirino and Shinsuke to wonder what does she mean.
Tenshi has very long brown hair and small twin-tails held up by white bows. Her eyes appear to have a golden color in this form. She also has long twenty-eight inch white angel wings on her back and on the heels of her shoes.
Her outfit consists of a light pink choker and an extremely long white dress with the universe on the inside of it. Her collar has a wavy cut and in the middle of her chest is a diamond-shaped hole with her soul gem at the top of it along with two smaller soul gems on either side.
Her sleeves are short, airy with white on the top and pink on the bottom. She also has white gloves, similar to the ones she wore when she was at parties with her family. Her dress has three layers with the bottom one is pink and under each layer is the universe.

"Soul gems is what the cores are really and if you eat them, you're lifeline increases by the number left. For yokais, demons, angels, ect, ect, ect... Theirs increases powers and gaining new abilities. Tenshi's maternal side has more than one soul gem.
If they give one up to their lovers, they can bring them back from the dead really, but it's very rare for that to happen really." Kirino was shocked, but wonders if the form is permanent really which Mia said it's not as it's a Last Resort to Tenshi's maternal family only.
