*.*.*.*.*.*.*MORIAH.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*

I don't know how long I have been down here. I don't know the time. I don't know how my family is doing. The concrete floor and walls dig Into a person's skin and the dim-lit light above offered little to none light.

They come in daily to throw a plate of food in front of us. Well, at least I think they come once a day. The distant screams would echo down the halls and I could only pray for the people that they were coming from.

"Moriah?" I hear my sister groan next to me.

"yes, Rebekah?" I whisper but it sounds as if I yelled at the top of my lungs.

"Why are we here?" she asks even though we have discussed this probably a hundred times.

I stand up and shove aside the feeling of dizziness. Using the wall to balance I make my way over to the corner where she had curled herself into a ball.

"We are going to be ok," I state sliding down the wall. I lay my arm behind her head with a sigh. "I don't know why we are here but we will get out."

In my stomach, I knew that this was a test. A test on what? A test on my strength. My strength in the lord.

What times I don't spend sleeping or listening to my sister's cries I spend praying. Praying that someone will save us. Believe it or not, I feel it in My stomach that we will be ok.

But then there was that voice in the back of my head whispering.

no one is coming ...

but I would always push down my fears and give in to the greater possibility. Gods possibility. I knew he wouldn't let anything bad happen to us.

But then why are you here?

Isn't this bad?

Didn't he let this happen?

I pushed down my thoughts it's not about what happened it's about what could happen.

The door creaked open slowly letting the brighter lights whatever look behind the door seep through. I kept my eyes trained on the ground hoping that they would just dump the food and go like always.

"I must say" the black dress shoes tap the floors Moved closer. "You two are quite the talk of the week." A whimper sounded from next to me sending my fear into anger.

"Then could you tell me what they are talking about? I mean you have to be some reason we are so important." I say but I can't help the trembling in my voice.

"AH! important, my dear, well shall we skip the details. Let's just say you are my best greatest interest." I small sinister Cackle escaped his lips as he fiddled with the sleeve of his tux.

"Who are you?" I hear my sister mumble.

" Another question that I am afraid I cannot answer." I creepy smile still plastered on his face and he continued to fiddle with his sleeve.

The feeling in my gut told me this man wasn't stable. Aside from his dark and cruel exterior, he was insane. You could tell by the way he kept checking the time, the way his eyes and head would randomly twitch. The way he would chuckle at random times Almost as if he was a glitching evil robot.

"Well let's get the point." He clasps his hands together with a playful smile. "You're going on a little trip you will leave." He checks his watch again. "Right about...oh yes...now. You best pack your things."

Before I knew it men stormed into the room shoving burlap sacs over our heads the room became darker than before. I was lifted to my feet and started being shoved to who knows where. Praying all the while for the safety of my sister and my family.
