Chapter 11

THOMAS POV:

"Tommy, are you okay" asked Newt. I was surprised. I laid in my hammock and rolled onto my back. "Newt" I said. "Ya, I still miss you" said Newt. "I miss you two. Are you okay" I asked. "Ya, I'm still scared and don't trust these people" said Newt. "What happened after the griever took you" I asked. "I don't know. I guess the griever dropped me off here. I just woke up with these strangers but I remember this women telling me that I can talk to you in our heads" said Newt. "Are they hurting you" I asked. "No, they keep talking about some safe heaven and how they want to find you before they go" said Newt. Newt tensed up and his heart beated faster. "What, what's wrong" I asked. "The leader is back. He's a bloody shank who calls himself Vince" said Newt. Newt calmed down. "Has he hurt you" I asked. "No, not yet but he might" said Newt. He felt sad. "What's wrong. Are you okay" I asked. "Ya, Vince just brought me to the kitchen to eat. I'm not hungry though. I'm not eating something a stranger cooked" said Newt.

"Newt" I said annoyed. "No, they could of bloody poisoned it" said Newt. "Newt please, just eat it. Atleast half of it. I don't want you to starve" I said. Newt signed. "Fine" said Newt. I assume he started eating after that. "It actually taste good" said Newt. "Just stay safe Newt. I'll come find you. I promise" I said. "Please hurry Tommy. I miss you" said Newt. "I miss you two. I just hope I get to see you again" I said. I wiped my eyes. "Ya, we will Tommy. Just promise you will not forget me" said Newt. "I promise" I said. "Now get some sleep Tommy" said Newt. "You two" I said. "Good night. I love you" said Newt. "I love you two" I said. I closed my eyes and slept. Newt is okay. I wonder if this Vince shank is the same Vince in the movies. They were in the mountains and going to a safe heavan. I woke up and went to get breakfast. "Newt, are you there" I asked. "Ya, I'm here" said Newt. "Good morning" I said. "Morning Tommy" said Newt. I grabbed my breakfast and sat down.

"I'll see you in a few days Newt" I said. "I can try to find you Tommy" said Newt. "No, just stay there Newt. I know where you are and that you are okay if you stay there" I said. "No, they bloody found me again" said Newt. "What" I asked. "I tried to escape Tommy but they bloody found me again" said Newt. "NEWT" I yelled. "I love you Tommy" said Newt. After that he was gone. I sadly ate my food. "You okay shuck face" asked Minho as he sat with me. "Newt was captured again. He said he is with Vince and they are talking about some safe heaven. So I bet he is with the right arm" I said. "Well we will find out when we leave here. Alby and the others are already planning to have everyone hid in the box tonight. Frypan and the cooks are preparing snacks" said Minho. I laughed a little. "Well, hopefully that works" I said. After breakfast I ran into the maze with the runners. Since we planned today would be short we will have lunch in the glade. A few of the runners were scared and decided to stay behind today. We made it to the end of the maze.
