"Hmmm...no I don't get it. And I'm not doing that, it's disgusting " I said.

"Oh come on, just try it. It tastes amazing. Just put some yogurt in your noodles and mix them. It's so good" Flynn urged again.

I looked at Mason sitting beside him. He was giving me this look that said 'Don't. Just don't if you love your taste buds.'

I looked at Flynn skeptically and said that I'd rather stick to eating like normal people.

We were all sitting at roses and pirates. By all I mean the boys, Megan and me. It was Friday night and Flynn convinced us to come, his argument was "People who stay home at Fridays die earlier than people who don't because they are just not making the most out of life." Silly I know but that's Flynn for you. But I have to agree he had some point cause I'm sure I wouldn't be having this much fun if I stayed in. Having a meal with the boys is always entertaining. Always. I know this cause they have all, well, all except Alec, welcomed me and Megan to their table in the cafeteria during lunch hour for a couple days now.

I thought Alec and I would be good after that day outside roses and pirates where we reached some sort of middle ground. But I guess being civil and not interacting with each other until completely necessary is the maximum we can do. I want to believe that he is a little hostile towards everyone who isn't the boys but I know that's not the case because he is definitely fine with Megan. Well, huh, maybe it's for the best because I'm pretty sure my tongue would get tied if he suddenly started talking to me normally.

Anyway, back to our dinner. Flynn pouted adorably when I refused to try his 'oh so mouth watering experimental food' and grumbled something about how people his age are not fun anymore.

Conversation was buzzing around the booth. Mason and Tyler were discussing some football game. Flynn was throwing fries at them and Alec as usual wouldn't speak much which I think is because I'm around. I was talking to Megan when Alec's phone beeped, he looked at it like he was expecting the message. I don't think anything of it until the other guys looked at him in question and then he looks at them in a way of answering and all the boys seem to understand. WOAH I didn't know that guys could also do this telepathy thing. I thought that was for just us girls. Oh well.

At cue all of the guys stood up and I looked at them questionably. Sensing my confusion Mason rushed to explain

"Uhh..Hazel we gotta take care of something. We won't be long. Why don't you wait here with Megan" he stared at her as he said the last part.

It seemed as though she knew what it was that they had to do because she followed with, "yeah, sure we'll wait. Go do your thing quickly."

"Well what do you have to take care of?" I asked.

"Don't worry about it. We'll be right back. Don't go. I'll drop you home once we're back okay?" Mason said while looking at me. I replied with a simple 'okay' and smiled all the while think what it was that they had to do so urgently. I'd find out.

They started to go but wait, they're not going out. They just went behind a back door, down a flight of stairs. Are they even allowed to go there? Wait more important question, why did they go out back? I turned to ask Megan about it but she started before me,

"I have to make a quick call, I'm gonna go out for  cell service for a minute. Wait for me?"

Without giving me a chance to reply she power walked out. Weird.
Why is everybody acting so weird all of a sudden. I'll have to ask Flynn or Mason when they come back.

I wait for a couple minutes for Megan and when she didn't come back for a while I go out to look for her. Okay she's not out here. Did she just leave? Did she literally just ditch me here right after the boys basically did the same. No way. What the hell?

Furiously I walked back inside to get my bag and get the hell out of here. I go to our table and ask a waiter to get the bill. While I was waiting I heard an all too familiar voice.

"Haze? Did you eat all of that?" He said in surprise while eyeing the mound of empty dishes on the table.

I turned around to face Callum. Oh god. What is he doing here now. Everything was going so smoothly for the whole week, until just 20 minutes ago. Now it's just getting worse and worse. I knew I couldn't have such peace in my life. It's too good to be true. I guess this marks the end of my lucky streak. So long huh!

"Um..I..uh..no, I didn't eat all of this. What are you doing here? Did you know I was here?" I asked him, a little afraid.

He disregarded my question and went on.

"Doesn't matter. Who were you eating out here with?"

"Friends." I said

"Which friends? Where are they?"

Right then the waiter came back with the bill and I started to take out the money from my bag but Callum beat me to it paying the waiter for me.

"Don't worry. I got you." He said and I get the feeling he didn't just mean the bill.

"Anyway, what the hell are you doing here? How do you even know about this place? You shouldn't even be here. Come let's go." He said really expecting me to go with him.

"Callum I was just leaving. I'll go by myself."

"Like hell you are. Haze I'm already on edge as it is. You should not be at a place like this. Just come with me." He said strictly.

"A place like what? It's just a diner. And I'm not going with you."

"Fine, you're leaving me no choice. You're going with me!" He said as he forcefully grabbed my arm and started to drag me out.

"Callum let me go right now. I swear to god Callum. Just let me go. I won't hesitate in calling the cops. Just leave me," I shout while trying to get out of his grip. My attempts were useless. He has so much more power on me. I was still  struggling to get free when a hand locked around Callum's arm and yanked it off me. We were outside now. Both Callum and I turned around to see Mason and Flynn with hard expressions on their faces directed at Callum.

"What do you think you're doing?" Mason said.

"Stay out of my business Colt." Callum spat as he reached for me but Flynn quickly pulled me behind him.

"She said she doesn't wanna leave with you so she's not going anywhere ." Mason said not getting intimidated by Callum which surprised me but also didn't surprise me. Although Callum can get pretty scary, the boys just don't seem like they'd get intimidated by anyone.

I couldn't hear anymore because Flynn pulled me inside. I just watched Mason and Callum talking or shouting outside I'm not really sure which until Callum got in his car and drove off in a manner which showed just how enraged he was. I was thankful though. I was so caught up in that thought that I didn't notice that Alec and Tyler also came back and were standing beside me and Flynn until Mason came back inside.

I snapped out of it and furiously turned toward the boys,
"Where the hell were you guys?"
