[Day 5 (Sad Sana)]
Tzuyu at the regular time, 4:00 P.M came to visit Sana. They were gonna visit Dahyun afterwards. "Sana, are you taking treatment?"
"Well that is the reason why I am staying here. For my own health, doc says it'll probably stop spreading, we don't know for sure though." Sana shrugs. "Have you?"
"Eh, kind of. On and Off some days." Tzuyu made that sound normal, as if she'd been doing that her past year of being diagnosed with heart cancer, that made Sana a bit disappointed and upset at Tzuyu. She was worried about Tzuyu's health and obviously likes the company of Tzuyu gives to Sana. Sana needed to feel like that again after so many years, it felt like a wake-up call for Sana.
"Tzuyu-ah, take your pills please. Together, we can get through this. I don't wanna be too worried for you and about you too much. This better be fixed Tzuyu." Sana sounded strict. Tzuyu nodded her head with a smile. "This is serious."
"I know, I know. I just find it flattering that you care for me and about me. Even think about my well being." Tzuyu softly laughs as she blushes.
"Oh shush." Sana rolls her eyes. "But aren't you even scared Tzuyu?"
"Of what?"
"Of dying." Sana said that so straight-forward without even having a problem with speaking about death. Tzuyu never really thought about it too much, she always thinks on the positive side.
"That doesn't cross my mind too often Sana." Tzuyu answers.
"How? How can you do that?" Sana lies back down on her back comfortably.
"Not sure, but I just can. Everyday I tell myself that I can get through it and I will be able to get through it. I'm not afraid to die, if it is the fate that is in stored for my future, then it shall be. Nothing much I can do Sana unnie." Tzuyu uses her words pretty wisely and well, Sana thought. She liked that about Tzuyu, very careful about her words.
"Please take your medicine Tzuyu-ah. It's very important to you and me. Mostly me." Sana pouts as she crosses her arms. Tzuyu smiles. "It's not funny. It's serious."
"I know it's not. It's just nice to hear it coming from you mostly." Tzuyu rests her chin in her palm.
"Well good, at least listen to me if it is ever so convincing more than the doctor you have." Sana giggles then she starts to tear up.
"Why're you tearing up Sana unnie?" Tzuyu scoots closer up to Sana and wipes her tears away with her thumb.
"I'm so scared to die..I don't want to die...I really don't.." Sana hiccups. She softly grabs Tzuyu's hand and pulls it to her chest. "I don't want to lose someone close again too.."
"Sana..I promise you, I will be here for you. You won't die. Let's make a deal okay?" Tzuyu climbs into bed with Sana and tucks both her and Sana under the blankets. Tzuyu rests her chin on Sana's head as Sana is buried into Tzuyu's shirt.
"What's the deal?" Sana's voice is muffled.
"I won't die on you if you don't die on me. Let us both be motivated together Sana unnie. Two is better than one to fight together." Tzuyu strokes Sana's hair as assurance to her unnie. Sana took deep breaths while trying to control her sobbing. It made Tzuyu's shirt soaking wet in the front. "Deal?" Tzuyu moves back and puts up her pinky. Sana wraps her pinky around Tzuyu's and their hands intertwine one another.
"Don't leave Tzuyu." Sana hugs Tzuyu tighter. Tzuyu hugs Sana back and smiles.
"Don't worry Sana, it's bad for you to overthink things too much unnie." Tzuyu whispers. The two, fitting in each other's arms, so comfortable on Sana's bed, fell asleep after that heart-warming moment.
