Day 14

[Day 14 (Awake)]

Momo walked into Tzuyu's room, Tzuyu was sitting up and munching on tony apple cut-up bits. "Momo?" Momo closed the door and ran to Tzuyu. She wrapped her arms around Tzuyu's neck. "Momo unnie, what're you doing here?" Tzuyu awkwardly hugged Momo back, trying to not get the apple in Momo's hair.

"Tzuyu..I came back..I came back from Japan.." Momo smiles. "Nobody told me about your cancer, I'm so sorry I came so late. I am dearly sorry you had to be by yourself.." Tears ran down her cheeks as she hugged her maknae. Momo had to go study in Japan because her parents wanted Momo to study back at Japan, her home. But Momo found out a year later that Tzuyu, her best friend was diagnosed with heart cancer for a year or so. Momo immediately left Japan and left her parents a note for her parents and came back to Korea for Tzuyu.

"Momo I thought you were gonna stay in Japan for your whole life.." Tzuyu chuckles while tears roll down her cheeks. They both pulled away, Momo wipes off Tzuyu's tears with her sleeves.

"Never.." Momo softly laughs. "I was just going there till I stop my studies, I came back for you. God..you must've felt so lonely.." Momo patted Tzuyu head. "You did well Tzuyu."

"I did..but it was alright. I met Sana just days ago.." Tzuyu smiles. "Yeah..I met her again.."

"I saw her the last few days here. She went to visit you for a few times with her friend Kim Dahyun."

"Oh yeah, I saw Kim Dahyun's letters. Is Dahyun still here?" Tzuyu leans back onto her bed.

"I'm not so sure. Recently Sana hasn't been back soo.." Momo shrugs it off. Momo yesterday, was thinking of how lonely Sana also was all these years. Though, Momo couldn't just walk in, she felt like Sana was 'disgusted' just by hearing her name or even catching a glimpse of Momo.

"Oh, well what about Sana unnie?" Tzuyu continues to munch on the apples while lying down so her chest pains go away.

"Well.." Momo pauses to get a bite of apples too. "I don't know much of her. Sana and I haven't even talked since I've been here, it's kind of awkward."

"Yeah, I know..it must've been. Has anything major happen while I was out?" Tzuyu's eyes went off of the T.V and gazed at Momo. Momo's head hanged down. "What happened?" Tzuyu now sounded more sternly.

"Sana seemed to have complications, she was visiting you yesterday and when I walked into the room, she turned around and got pale. It's like..she was in shock of seeing my face again. I froze, I didn't know what to do but just stand like some idiot while Dahyun lead her out to see the doctors..Sana seems to be having such a hard time taking all of this in. I feel so bad for her honestly.." Momo sighs.

"Oh well, we must visit Sana unnie. She must be all alone, she hates being alone. Before you came, I'd always visit her at 4:00 P.M." Tzuyu removes her blanket off of herself and jumped out of bed. Tzuyu lead Momo out the room and knocked onto Sana's food, 1996. Sana opens the door, her hair all messy and her eyes almost open and almost closed at the same time. She had a bit of drool on her right side of the cheek. Tzuyu giggles and wipes it off. "Hey Unnie." Tzuyu softly says with her smile.

"T-Tzuyu? I'm not hallucinating right?" Sana's eyes widen.

"I'm really awake Sana unnie.." Tzuyu hugs Sana. Sana buried her face into her maknae's arms, tears falling from her eyes. "Oh gosh unnie...it looks like..you've been crying too much..I'm so sorry for leaving you like that. I'm here now. Don't you worry for me anymore Sana." Tzuyu hushes Sana and carried her bridal style to Sana's bed and sets her down. Sana weeped, she didn't even notice Momo was behind them.

"Tzuyu..Dahyun le-left..I fel-felt so..alone..I-I hate being..a-alone so don't leave m-me like that...ever again Chou Tzuyu." Sana was hiccuping like crazy, her voice was shaking badly.

"I won't I promise, okay? Have you been taking your pills unnie?" Tzuyu pulled Sana off of her chest. Sana nods and gulped. "Sana do you remember Momo unnie?" Tzuyu brought Momo by her, Momo waves nervously.

"Yeah..I do.." Sana looks away, her face said it all. Momo backed away.

"What happened?" Tzuyu was concerned, why wasn't Sana happy to see Momo? Didn't she realize?

"Does Momo not remember?? She left me alone, all alone back in high school. She left me for her 'new' friends.." Sana scoffs. Momo's eyebrows furrowed, Tzuyu cocked her head. "Why're you guys looking at me like that?"

"Sana unnie, Momo never left you..you left her.." Tzuyu explains to Sana, the truth. Tzuyu exposed the truth of how Momo and Sana's friendship was broken into tiny pieces.

[Sana's Past (Memory Loss)]

Sana woke up in the hospital bed, she looked up at her aunt. "Auntie, what happened?"

"You fell down the stairs. You're too clumsy, Sana. You have to be very very careful okay?" THe aunt held Sana's hand.

"I don't remember falling down the stairs by myself.." Sana was deeply dumbfounded but sure of herself that she didn't fall by herself. Most of it seemed to be a blur, it made her head ache so much.

"Your friend, Momo. Hirai Momo, she pushed you down the school stairways. You fell and tumbled and bumped your head, very hard on the corner of the stairs then hit it on the metal railings." The aunt frowned at her niece.

"My friend would never do so..why would she do it..she wouldn't..we would do nothing to harm each other auntie.." Sana whimpers, she starts to tear up.

"Momo had to show herself to her new friends. She left you for new friends, she thought you were weak and useless. She used you to gain more friends, better friends than you," Sana's face broke out in tears now. Sana and Momo promised each other to never ever leave each other or betray each other, instead, to be together forever, to be friends. Best friends. "So Sana, don't ever talk to such a rude girl like Momo ever again. She's a mean girl."
