Day 4

[Day 4 (Sana's Cancer)]

Sana woke up the next day at 7:00 A.M to talk to Dr. Kwan about her cancer. She walked in the office and sits down in front of her doctor. "Sana, hey. Soo, what do you sat about the treatment?"

"I'll try it out. I won't know it if works or not if I don't give a chance to try it out." Sana adds. Dr. Kwan nods in agreement. He was happy Sana was now accepting it and wanted to give the effort in trying to get better.

Sana left the office and stumbled upon Tzuyu. Why was Tzuyu up at this hour? "Morning Sana." Tzuyu stops herself to talk to her friend.

Sana kind of gave into Tzuyu, just a tiny bit. She talked to Tzuyu a lot yesterday and looked foward to doing the same thing today. Sana became more comfortable and open about herself to Tzuyu, something about Tzuyu just makes Sana feel more alive than dead. "Why're you up at this hour Tzuyu?" Sana asks our of curiousity.

"Hmm..guess you'll never ever find out Sana unnie." Tzuyu grins and continues to walk. Sana grips onto Tzuyu's wrist before Tzuyu disappeared.

"Will you visit again?" Sana asks, she couldn't believe what she was saying. A smile rises upon Tzuyu's face. Sana lets go of Tzuyu's hand in embarrassment, her cheeks went blushing away.

"Of course, like I will always do Sana unnie." Tzuyu waves to Sana and continues to walk. Sana was relieved Tzuyu would again too visit.

Sana took a little cat nap for the rest of the morning, she needs her beauty sleep, so as Tzuyu. Tzuyu knocks on the door at 4:00 P.M and opens it. She finds Sana asleep and still enters. She slowly closes the door behind her and sits by Sana with a yogurt cup in her hand, she begins to open it for her unnie. When Tzuyu finished opening it, Sana woke up to the smell of the yogurt.

"Yogurt? Really?" Sana's eyelids were weighing heavily down. She sits up and winces from chest pains. "How'd you know I love yogurt Tzuyu?"

"Maybe we're meant to be~~" Tzuyu teases her unnie and hands her the cup of yogurt, Sana snatches it while glaring at Tzuyu. "Oh warm up a bit Sana unnie. Loosen it up."

"Yeah, yeah." Sana replies with a mouth full of yogurt.

"Eating manners." Tzuyu closes Sana's jaw.

"I'm not no baby Tzuyu." Sana pouts as she finishes with the yogurt. Sooner or later, Sana was done with the yogurt. Tzuyu threw it away and sits back down with exciting news to tell her unnie.

"Good news."

"No thanks." Sana replies fast. Tzuyu ignores it.

"There's some new girl here. She got into a car crash and I think maybe we should meet her. She's our age. Or looks like it." Tzuyu shrugs. Sana didn't seem interested but eventually agreed to meet the new girl at the hospital. Once they were done talking, they went to find the girls' room and knocked on her door. It opened.

"Hello?" The girl answers.

"I'm Tzuyu, she's Sana. We heard you were new here to the hospital and wanted to greet you, also to befriend you." Tzuyu extends her arm for a handshake. The girl happily shakes Tzuyu's hand and lets go.

"I'm Kim Dahyun. Welcome in." Dahyun lets the two girls into her dorm room. "So your names, they don't sound like Korean ones. Where are you from?"

"Japan."

"Taiwan."

"Oh, that's pretty cool. How'd you guys even end up here?" Dahyun asks as she tucks herself into bed.

"My parents, I didn't have them anymore. My aunt lived in Korea at the time so I moved to South Korea." Sana answers.

"I moved here to study here. Too bad I couldn't fulfill it.." Tzuyu shrugs it off but was dearly sad about it. She didn't show off her emotions, her sad ones too often or noticeable.

"Oh..what brings you two here then?" Dahyun was very intrigued about the two of these girls.

"We both have heart cancer. I've been diagnosed for a year while she just found out four days ago." Tzuyu responds. Dahyun felt bad for them, was speechless. "Yeah..that's always a conversation shut-down."

"Well..I do hope we can become friends though. Doctor says I'll be checked out in a week or less." Dahyun says with a smile.

"What happened to you?" Sana checks Dahyun up and down.

"Oh..heh..I just got a few injuries, nothing too severe or serious." Dahyun chuckles.

"Oh, I'm glad you're okay now..sorry that we kind of just barged in and whatever. We heard you were new and wanted to see if we could make another friend." Tzuyu out of the blue mentions. Dahyun chuckles.

"It's fine, I would've been awfully lonely if not, so thanks for the company." Dahyun smiles. Tzuyu returns a smile back to Dahyun. Sana was just sitting there, staring at the two exchange their smiles. She felt a bit weird. "I'm 21 years old by the way."

"Oh, I'm 23 and Tzuyu is 20." Sana eagerly replies.

The rest of the day, the three of the girls spent talking and sharing stories and knowing more about each other.
