Day 12

[Day 13 (Sana's Problem)]

Sana woke up in confusion, she was knocked out for the rest of the night ever since encountering Momo. "What happened?" She sits up but felt something weighing her down on her chest, making her breathless. She continued to lie down for her sake. "Dahyun?"

"Hey Sana..how are you doing.." Dahyun leaned over Sana and sneaked in a lopsided smile at Sana.

"My head hurts so..much.." Dahyun rubs her head with her hands.

"You knocked out earlier when we went to see Chou Tzuyu."

"Oh, how come?" Sana's brows furrow while her eyes close, trying to remember.

Dahyun tilts her head, "Well it was when Momo came into the room." Dahyun's voice went quieter and quieter by the second.

"Oh..Momo..?" Suddenly Sana's head was aching again. "Where's Dr. Kwan?"

"He went to check up on your tests again. He said something along the word of something might've severely happened to you in the past." Dahyun crosses her legs and tucked her hands under her thighs to keep them warm.

"Oh, okay. Can I have a bottle of water?" Sana smiles softly at Dahyun. Dahyun returned a smile back and nodded.

Later then, Dr. Kwan came in as Sana was sipping on her water. Dahyun's eyes darted straight at him. "Afternoon..I looked into Sana's tests..her cancer is surely going away, as I mentioned earlier the days before..but there's a downhill or some sort.."

"Oh, what's up?" Dahyun held onto Sana's hand.

"Well, it looks like Sana suffered from memory loss.." The doctor cleared his throat. Sana was shocked, she never thought of her having memory loss and she even wondered now how she got it, she never had memory loss before then or that's what she thinks. "It started when she was 17 years old, it looked like she had bumped her head on something hard. Do you remember what happened to you Sana? If you don't, just try to remember but don't push yourself too hard. Sometimes memory loss makes you lose those who were held deeply into your heart. So, you probably don't remember them well enough or often."

"Um..I'm no so sure what happened..I'm too lost for words,  I never had this 'memory loss' problems at all before..?" Sana gulps.

"Maybe Sana could tell you later if she gets pieces of her memories back." Dahyun out on an assuring smile to Sana then looked at the doctor. He nodded and headed out the room. "Oh gosh..Sana..I'm so sorry that you have to go through this.." Dahyun pats Sana.

"I don't get how I got memory loss. I feel like I clearly remember what happened throughout my teenager years."

"It's okay, all it takes is just time, it takes time for you to remember..don't push yourself..okay?" Dahyun hugs Sana. "Also..bad news.." Dahyun stops hugging Sana and exhales. Dahyun knew Sana was so sick and tired of stupid bad news happening to her or people close to her but Dahyun had to tell Sana. "I'll be going to school early tomorrow morning. I have to go, so I won't be able to be with you the whole time unnie." She squeezes Sana's hand.

"Oh..really..?" Sana fake smiles. "It's okay, I'll be okay..maybe Tzuyu can wake up by the time. I have your number if there's anything up..I will call you if we need you or if I need you.."

"I'm sorry..I just need to do this for my education and family. I do hope your cancer goes away, as well with Tzuyu. Please be safe and careful." Dahyun frowns because Sana's hands covered her face. Dahyun heard Sana hiccuping and sniffling. Dahyun knew Sana was crying so she climbed into bed with Sana and cuddled Sana for the last time today. Sana cried until she slept in Dahyun's arms. "I'm sorry unnie.."
