Chapter 37

Y/n's P.O.V

I'm guessing he is the Mafia boss.

I make my way to the upstairs. I'am expecting a lot of guards here in each of the doors.

I have no idea how to fight but I did brought something with me.

Chae told us to bring a knife, For self defense. I was having second thoughts if I should use it or not.. I don't want to kill!

I hid the knife and grab a vase. I hit the vase on his head, Yes it made a lot of sound but for me it's better than killing.

I just hope he is unconscious.

With that, I alarmed a lot of guards.

Shoot.. Run.

I immediately run downstairs-- it was a stupid move, A lot of them came towards me more than from upstairs.

I was in the middle of the stairs and both from my back and front were filled with guards

I look down to see how far down do I have to jump. I can make the jump...

I jump from the stairs to the main floor. My legs almost gave up on me but I did tried to run

This is good.. At least I set a distraction for them to find Jihoon fast.

"Guys," I said to my walkie talkie "I need help" I run outside

"Seriously Y/n! You got almost 20 men chasing you! We'll help you. Hwenji and Jungkook--"

"I'll go help out Y/n" Jungkook butts in

"I-I know this place already, I maybe have an idea where he might be." Hwenji said

"Uh.. Guys?" I look behind me

Shoot! They're all holding guns!

"Alright Hwenji, Use your walkie talkie as soon as you found him."

With that our conversation ended. So am I just going to continue distracting them? Run around?

I look behind me and saw that some of them were chasing me. I saw Chae, Chua and Jungkook using the knife they brought.

I need to help them.

I decided to use my knife and threw it to one of them-- It went straight to his neck and for the first time I killed someone

"Y/n! Get some distance from them! " Chae yelled

I nodded and run much faster.. I don't have any knife now..

I suddenly heard a gunshot. I turned my head around to look when I didn't know that I stumbled upon a rock and fell on the ground

what the---

One guy got on top of me and pointed to me his gun

I was trembling in fear

O-Oh no.. This is bad

"Y/n move your head to the left!" Jungkook said. I did what he told me to do and moved my head to the left when the guy on top of me dropped his gun

I heard a gun shot.

"Get up!" Jungkook pushed the body away from me and grab my wrist

I looked at the body again

We're killing people.. This is making me feel sick. All I thought we're going to be sneaky and kill their mafia boss

But these guys already killed many innocent people just for their boss so I guess it's a tie.

"Hwenji did you found him?" Chae said from her walkie talkie

"Shh.. Yes .. He's about to leave to a secret path"

A secret path?

"Tell me where you are right now"

"I'm on the roof top"

We all nodded at each other and went to the roof. The first time I got on the roof top Jungkook was holding my arms this whole time

"Jungkook I ca--"

"You might fall. I don't want to risk that"

I smiled "Thanks for the help but--"

"Shh.. We're here. There's Hwenji" Chae stopped from crouching

We saw Hwenji from the distance, She was looking down. I'am guessing that's where the secret path is.

We continued crouching until we've reached Hwenji.

We all look down and saw Jihoon getting in a car

"Hurry! Get dow--"

"Ahh!" Hwenji suddenly screamed

Oh no.. No no no!

She was holding her left arm that was bleeding badly. We look around to see who shot her and we didn't see no one

"There!" Chua pointed to the trees

Chae immediately shot the person who is hiding in the bush

"Y/n, Jungkook take Hwenji to the van and go back to the house. We'll follow the car" Chae put on her mask and so did Chua

Jungkook nodded

"Hwenji just stay alright we'll save you"

Hwenji was just crying. Jungkook lift her up and together we got down. We used the balcony as our way to the main floor and to the van.

As we got in the van, Jungkook drives fast

"Jungkook this is our time to get away from those two" I said "No Y/n this is not the right time! Hwenji is injured!"

"After we patch up her wound we'll leave. " -Y/n

"Y/n are you nuts? Hwenji needs to rest first--"

"No I'm fine.. I'll go with.. I'll go with Y/n's plan." Hwenji struggled in forming a sentence

Jungkook look back for 3 seconds at Hwenji and to the road again

"I don't want you to die Hwenji."

"I won't.. Jungkook remember this is our plan We have to leave them and go to Taehyung" -Hwenji

Jungkook slam his hands to his thigh. It was a sudden move from him so I was a bit shock

"Jungkook don't tell me--"

"Y/n I'am in your plan too okay? I just don't get why we have to save Taehyung!"

Hwenji groaned behind us "It's because if Chae and Chua succesfully killed Jihoon they will go after Taehyung next!" -Hwenji

Wait.. So.. Taehyung has two enemies? One is that Jihoon and the other is the boss of Chae and Chua?

I thought there's more??

"We'll have to leave Jungkook. Turn the other way" I raised my voice "Y/n I'am doing this for you--"

"I said turn the other way!"

He didn't listen.

Alright then.

I pushed his hands away from the wheel and controlled the van myself "Y/n!" He fight back

I turned the van to the right way but my hands left the wheel too soon caushing the van to hit a tree
