Chp 26

~Last Time~

"Magic" Natsu replied not wanting to give her the real answer.

Lucy's eye began to twitch in irritation. She wanted to shout and give him a piece of her mind, however, it was late and all she wanted was to get cleaned up and get to sleep. Exhaling out she placed both her hands on her hips and gave him a stern look.

"Fine whatever, don't tell me, but the bathroom is off-limits for the next two hours understood!?"

~Now~

~3rd POV~

The salmon hair young male lifted his left brow as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"And why is that?"

He questioned, never stripping his eyes off of her. He was unsure as to why she didn't want him in the bathroom. What was so special about being in her bathroom than in his?

Lucy's eye began to twitch as he made his stupid question. She couldn't understand how this playboy was able to have so many flings yet have no idea as to leave a girl her privacy. Then again maybe all his flings didn't mind him entering their alone time.

"I'm going to shower gee! So I need my alone time and don't go through my things got it!"

Lucy stated as she gathered her clean clothing and stormed into her bathroom. Locking the door, Lucy faced the showerhead, turning on the shower on hot she then began to undress.

Outside her bedroom door and into her living room a certain blue fury feline just happened to stop by after seeing the two sneaking around town and entered an unknown apartment.

"And that's what happened?" The feline asked as he was sitting in Lucy's fluffy blanket.

"Aye, so help me look for clues Happy," Natsu replied after telling him the whole fiasco story with Lucy.

"In Lucy's underwear drawer?" Happy snickered not believing in the "looking for clues" part

A pink hue appeared in Natsu's checks as he made up some excuse to get by that accident of being caught red-handed.

"I was making sure she had enough clean and cute cloth and are you here to help me find clues or what Happy?" he asked.

"I don't know I did come for..."

"You know I was going to stop by the shop for some fresh fish but now that I'm thinking about it I don't think..."

"OK, OK, I'll help! " Happy shouted as he stood up in a hurry.

The two then began to search Lucy's apartment, from drawers to under every pillow and carpet, the couch to the kitchen. While in the heavenly box of cold goodies Natsu heard a thunk of items falling along with Happy's yap of a scream.

"Hey, Natsu, come and take a look at what I found," Happy announced.

Natsu placed the enticing goods back and walked back to the living room. Only to find his furry friend buried under a pile of what looked like paper with red dots of some sort. He then rushed over to help his little buddy out.

"What's this?" Natsu asked as he picked up a form that looks like a folded letter, and the red dot is a seal of some sort.

"They seem like letters Natsu." Happy added.

"I know that Happy, but from who?" he asked as he glared the white sheet with words.

As Natsu was glaring Happy noticed one unopened letter addressed to Lucy herself.

"Hey, Natsu, this one's not opened yet,"

"Huh? Let me see," Natsu spoke as he snatched the unopened letter. Once again it had the weird symbol as the seal, not wanting to dwell on the matter any further Natsu ripped open the seal and began to read Lucy's letter.

"Who the hell is this?"

I'm sooooooooo sorry for taking forever and for the short story. I know I've said id update soon before, my apologies, but as I said before dealing with depression is no joke. It takes time up to years to get out of it. In my case, it comes and goes. So please be patient thank you!

Once I find my fire again ill update sooner, as for now it'll be a slow update.
