Chapter 11: Where art thou sister

sky sat in their bed for what felt like forever until kregrez came back into the room with food and hot tea he set the tray across her lap so she could eat ,then sat beside her watching her waiting till she was ready to talk about what happened. Sky sat staring at her tea while she held the cup feeling as if ice water had been poured over her over and over again. She thought it over, wondering what the dream meant it .Couldn't be possible for her to be alive....could it? she remembered coming home from school and looking for her sister who usually was already by the front door waiting for her, but when she walked into her sister's room she saw a horrible scene that nobody should see. Blood was splattered all over the walls and ceiling of the once beautiful room, her sisters mangled, mutilated and violated corpse laid in the middle of the room, her eyes wide with terror ....but now that sky thought about it more, something about it was just off. She remembered it looked like her sister was glitching like a character in a computer game and...so was the room. sky looked to kregrez as she had tears going down her cheek. 

"I need to go to my childhood home, i think i know what the dream was about my sister isn't really dead!" 

" hows that? ur father told me everything he even told me he framed your mother saying she helped him kill your sister" 

" i never gave much thought to what i saw that day now that i think of it there are a few things that just didn't add up " 

Kregrez nodded and got a servant to ready the limo he waited for her to finish eating and dress before he walked with her to the out side.Surprisingly her home was only five miles from his castle, and she always wondered why she didn't notice it before. She watched the scenery as they drove by, noticing the little things she never paid attention to before. Finally they drove up to the house that was made of nightmares, trembling in fear of the unknown she put her hand against the front door and pushed it open then took a deep breath and walked in while looking around. She stumbled a bit as memories started to bombard her left and right,she braced herself against the wall taking a deep breath then stood up straight and walked up the stairs towards her old room she looked inside and was surprised to still see her posters on the wall and her vanity set she smiled some then went to where she remembered her sisters room was supposed to be but confusingly there was a wall where the door way was supposed to be .

She looked at kregrez then walked to her parents room and grabbed a bag and started to grab her mothers jewelry putting it all in the bag then went to her room to grab her jewelry

" Is there a way to take this vanity to the castle for our room ? I would like to keep it in the family my grandma was a good woman and tried to protect me and my sister from my parents. she was the only one who believed us when we told the truth about our parents."

Kregrez nodded and picked up his phone dialing the castle number  he spoke for  a moment then hung up and continue to watch sky as she wandered around the room looking for anymore clues of what happened to her sister . when suddenly she heard her sisters voice echo in the room 

"bbbbbaaaasssmmmeennnttttt .........dddoooooorrrrr bbbbaaassseeemmmnnnttt"

and with that sky bolted out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen where she found still in the drawer a working flashlight with kregrez right behind her, she wandered down in to the darkness below with only the dim light of her flashlight to guide them.
