I look you in the eyes. Seeing your glare.
"I AM THE LISTENER... AND I RESCUED HIM. HIS LIFE WAS MINE BY RIGHT!!!!"
I stop you with a smile.
"I didnt kill him."
You look at me and then his body. Confusion clear on your face. Babette speaks to clear it up.
"That knife cant kill. Only maim and injur... it cant kill anything. Ciciro is alive... but not. He is being punished by sithis... I assume."
I grin and nod before moving your sword away from my heart. My features returning to normal as my rage subsides. I scoop up his broken body and place him on a bed.
"I dont know how long he'll be like this... but he did a grave mistake... hes lucky sithis wants him alive."
I sigh and reach for Krimson. You recoil and step back. My eyes flashing to pain as my arms drop. I turn away from you and walk out of the sanctuary. Only barely hearing babette try to talk to you.
It's been a couple of days and I haven't the heart to return. You left still carrying our child and heading to windhelm. I follow close behind. Close enough to listen and hear your voice. Another voice pierces the air. Light and bubbly.
"M...mama..."
I stop in my steps and have to rush to catch up. I see you laughing and crying at her first word being momma. Tears fall from my eyes but I stay back. As soon as she falls asleep in your arms I watch your years fall. You enter windhelm and look for the house. I make it first and have already written a note for you and pinned it to the door. I sit in the shadows and watch you read the note.
I'm sorry. I didn't know and i... I just acted. I know you hate me right now. I didnt know he was your friend... just that he killed all of mine. I heard her say momma... at least I think... I did.. the wind and cold muted it. I dont know what to do anymore... so... I guess... if you need me I'll be near... just pin a note and...
Tears mark the rest of the note. You look around and find nothing watch you sigh and walk in. I wait in the dark for you to message. After three days of nothing I sigh and move to hunt. After coming back and sitting back in my dark corner I see your eyes in the window. Looking for somthing. Your eyes water and you finally pin a note to the door and watch. Hoping.
