───── ❝ jennie ❞ ─────

"Siri, define 'platonic' as an adjective" the sounds of scrambling feet, typing sounds, and sounds you'd find in the set of an interview covered the low whispers from Jennie to her phone assistant, Siri.

The events of last night left her in confusion, what was her relations to Jungkook? Besides being his fake wife of course.

Sure they were friends, they do a lot of things together and they've even labeled themselves as that... But do friends kiss like that? Do friends share a bed like that?

Jennie didn't want a relationship, she wasn't ready and she's certain Jungkook isn't either after the whole situation with him and Nancy being friends with benefits... But aren't Jungkook and Jennie doing basically the same thing?

They're not dating but they just share random kisses then and now, except it wasn't random... When they kissed, she felt like she was in cloud 9, but any kiss would give her the same feeling right?

The female never really had a male idol as a friend, maybe because of YG's controlling ass or maybe it's because she just didn't want male friends.

'Men should not be trusted' sure as hell that was correct, Jungkook though... he could be trusted, he wasn't like the cliché bad boy idol that teenage girls drool over.

Jennie's experience while working with some male idols, she soon realized the men who were perceived by the public as hot bad boys that can melt your heart, are just annoying snobby wannabes.

So when they try to ask her out despite her telling them at least 5 times she had a dating ban, every single time they asked for her number, she'd politely (or as polite as she can put it) decline.

Unlike those people, Jungkook respected her opinion, her statement and wouldn't force his on her, he had his own boundaries and respected hers and they got along.

Jennie's inexperience from not having any male friends though left her in a lot of confusion, was kissing normal in this type of friendship? She honestly has no idea.

"One moment..." the digital assistant responded making her groan in frustration, "Really? No service? We're in a fucking recording studio" she scolded the inanimate object, "Hello there" a male voice said making her shove her phone in her pocket from being startled.

Jennie turned to her back to see a slightly taller man, in his mid thirties she was assuming, dark brown hair and very slanted eyes, he wore a frisky expression with a smirk that she wanted to slap off of him.

She always felt uncomfortable with men, from experience they weren't the most understanding people "Hello" Jennie greeted watching as he let out a single chuckle, acting as if he were some god.

The lass tried her hardest to not roll her eyes, she had a reputation to maintain, and men like these... Sadly most of them have high paying jobs, one wrong move and Jennie could be out of BLACKPINK and YG.

"Why so tense sweetie?" Ah there it is, the pet names, acting like they've known each other for years.

Jennie grinned through it, her hands squeezing each other to contain in the rage, "Nothing... Just... nervous" she lied, he chuckled again thinking his terrible douchebag pick up lines, at least that's what she assumed they were, worked on her.
