"Jungkook I'm 22" Jennie responded to his query on her guilty pleasure, he chuckled at her response to a rather mindless question.
The male with dark brown eyes watched her facial expressions seeing her look at him with fascination, he never thought she'd be as mesmerized by him as he was of her.
Jennie was just so extremely beautiful, it was crazy how someone like her existed, it was even more crazy that she is right in front of him.
Still that pang in his chest was compunction, he was out here eating with someone who was deserved better than a friend like him... A friend who played with other people's hearts, a friend that kept leading someone on because of his selfish needs.
If he kept doing this he could seriously ruin both of their reputations... And yet he broke a promise he gave himself just a few hours ago.
Jungkook promised himself to meet up with Nancy, tell her what was happening between him and Jennie, explain to her why he can't keep seeing her anymore and apologize for what he's done to her... But he didn't do that.
Jeon Jungkook decided to take Kim Jennie to an Italian restaurant instead of sorting things out with Nancy, he didn't know why exactly, or if he wanted to forget about his broken promise by hanging out with Jennie or if he was just too much of a fucking coward to face his problems head on cause he knew Nancy wouldn't take it well?
Either way, he was fucked up for doing it and he needed someone to tell him what to do.
"Jen... Can you uh... tell me what to do with this situation?" Jungkook asked her, she looked up from her plate of gourmet mushroom risotto.
"What is it?" she questioned him with a curious tone, he took a deep breath before asking "Should I keep seeing Nancy?" Jennie flashed an ingenuine smile like she was disappointed with him.
"It's your choice Kook" she replied shortly and went back to eating, he paused for a second, 'your choice... wait no i'll just fuck it up' he thought, he didn't trust himself and his ability to make good decisions, the lad thought his bad choices weren't any help, he needed someone to tell him what to do.
"No really Jen, just tell me what to do" he insisted her, she looked up at him with an irritated expression, "Like I said Kook, it's your choice" she repeated, cringing through her own words.
Despite her telling him no, he still thought he'd just mess everything up, he couldn't choose by himself.
"But it would better if you told me what to do" Jungkook said again, Jennie dropped the fork she holding onto the plate, "It's your life, Jungkook" her jaw was clenched, the lack of care on his matter frustrated him.
"Can't you just tell me what to do? It's just two choices" his tone showed more of his clear frustration, Jennie let out a heavy sigh, "Two choices you have to make on your own" her point was still the same, he needed one thing from her and she couldn't even help him out, Jungkook was losing his patience.
"Jennie just tell me what you want me to do" he said firmly, she looked at him with her sharp eyes, "I don't know what to tell you, except choose by yourself" fucking god, he needed her to help him choose one thing, he had already helped her with so much, why can't she just return this one favor.
