On the walk home, San had not said a word. He walked with his arms folded and a grumpy look on his face.
Wooyoung could tell he was upset (obviously) but didn't know what was wrong. He absolutely hated silence and that was all there was between he and San.
"Hey San," he looked over at San who was looking ahead, "what's wrong with you? This is the quietest I've ever heard you."
San ignored him.
At this point, Wooyoung was starting to get frustrated.
"What the hell is with you??" He said, his tone sounding like he was annoyed.
"What the hell is with you and Xiumin!" San stopped walking and turned completely towards Wooyoung.
Wooyoung stood staring at San with a confused look on his face. He thought back to earlier when he was talking with Xiumin.
Suddenly, a grin grew on his face.
"Oooohh, I see... You're jealous!" He pointed at San and laughed.
San looked away from Wooyoung as a light pink color crept up onto his face.
"J-jealous? I'm not jealous?"
"Yes you are!"
"You have no proof! Even if you did, it means nothing!"
"Oh my god! You ARE jealous! I've got to call Ming-"
At the sound of Mingi, San's eyes widened. He had to escape before Wooyoung even reached for his phone.
And so, he ran at full speed to his house that was about a block away.
He entered his house and locked the door behind him as fast as he could. He pressed his back against the door as he tried to catch his breath.
His mom, who had been in the kitchen making dinner, looked at her son leaning against the front door, breathing heavily. She stood pondering whether or not she she should ask what happened.
She just wrote up as San being San and decided to just leave it.
"Where did we go wrong with that boy?" She mumbled to herself as she shook her head. "How is that my child?"
Once San caught his breath, he walked upstairs to his room, greeting his mother as he walked the kitchen.
His face was still pink since he was still feeling embarrassed. He needed to get his mind off of the previous events that ensued only moments before. So he decided to do his homework.
He closed his bedroom door and sat down at his desk that was under a window. He reached into his backpack and took out his homework.
Only about six minutes into it, he heard something at his window. He pulled one of his curtains to the side to see a rock hit his window. He looked down and saw Mingi and Wooyoung.
Mingi pulled out his phone his phone. A second later, San's phone made a ding sound.
He looked over at his phone then back to Mingi. Mingi was currently on the ground with Wooyoung, the two laughing their asses off.
San checked his phone to see a text massage in the three boys' group chat.
