Anne knocked on Catherine's bedroom door,
"Catherine, can we talk?"
"Now's not a good time," Mary responded.
"Please Mary, It will take two seconds,"
"If you had any consideration for my mother then you would just leave,"
This hit Anne hard, all she wanted to do was apologise. But she understood, Catherine hated her anyways and now this gave Catherine more ammunition. She walked solemnly, to the other end of the corridor, sat in her room and got out what she needed to make everyone happy.
Meanwhile, Cathy and Anna were still downstairs.
"I'm going to check on Annie, she's been awfully quiet."
She tiptoed upstairs and gently pushed Anne's door open.
"Hey, babe you all o... What on earth are you doing!"
She didn't expect to find her girlfriend with a massive suitcase in the middle of the room and clothes chucked everywhere. She picked up a green t-shirt next to Anne, placed it on the bed and sat in its place.
"I'll repeat, what on earth are you doing?"
"Mary told me to leave..."
"I'm sure didn't mean it like this..."
"She said, If I had any consideration for Catherine, then I would just leave." Anne pulled her sleeve down and wiped her tear-filled eyes.
"What, did she just say it out of the blue?" Cathy stroked Anne's back in an attempt to comfort her.
"I just asked if I could talk to Catherine, you know apologise..."
"But dear, Catherine is still grieving, we all are. Mary definitely is protective of her mother and inherited the fierce side of Catherine. All she meant by that was try to talk to Catherine later. "
"Really?"
"Yes, plus we've just lost one of our closest friends, please don't let me lose you too"
"Then I'm not going anywhere Catherine Parr,"
"That's great to hear Anne Boleyn,"
The pair shared a quick kiss before tackling the dumpsite that was Anne's room.
