Chapter 3 Snow White's Prince

Yubel tightened his grip as he sobbed into Jaden's shoulder apologising for losing control agian.
"It's ok....I promise I'm going to help you.....it's ok" he whispered to the child. A loud noise was heard above the two which happened to be their ride....a helicopter.

Jaden gently pressed Yubel's head into his shoulder to shield him from the helicopters bright lights.
A ladder drooped downwards towards the roof. Along with the body of a figure hopping down from the helicopter and landing gracefully down onto the roof a few feet away from Jaden and Yubel.

Jaden looked over at the figure with a small smile that was met with a frawn. The figure strolled over to them formally It's arms crossed and still glaring daggers into the Brunette's eyes as it stopped infront of them.

"You have a lot of explaining to do Jaden Yuki".
A weak chuckle escaped between Jaden's lips as he stood up, lifting Yubel into his arms and extending a free hand out.
"Yes....it's been along time, hasn't it? Aster".

Aster ignored the hand of a welcoming jester and kept his eyes fixed firmly on the kid. "So that's the child?".

Jaden nodded his head ignoring the huffs and eye rolls Aster was throwing his way.
"I said on the phone earlier, I'm fine with bailing you out but we both can't keep hiding from them any longer. Especially you with that kid".

Jaden stood frozen in place watching Aster starting to climb up the ladder when his eyes locked on agian with Jaden's.
"WELL COME ON THEN!, YOU DRAGGED ME OUT OF BED SO THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS MOVE IT!!".

Jaden flinched at his words but did as he command great full that they were out of harms way for now.
Back at the duel academy things had been really slow and dull since the famous red slither slacker vanished with out a trace.

His friends missed him deerly, wishing that he'd somehow understand how the feel and come back to them...but no.
Jaden canceled all leaving connections that he had with them. Hopping from place to place not staying longer than a well at each location.

Alexis Rhodes the supposed be the love of his life was no longer that.
The night he left the duel dorms, he had left her and his friends a note apologising for his actions and requesting that they'd forget about him, cutting off all ways in contacting him.

Alexis was heartbroken to find the letter. Days and nights went by when she had tried locking herself away in her room, coming up with all kinds of ideas in finding Jaden and wanting answers. But her friends were there for her even when she tried running away from the academy to find him. Her friends were there for her and a huge help in her slowly trying to heal her heart.
And just when she thought she had finally healed....The rumours began.

Alexis was in her bedroom, standing in front of her dresser while brush her hair
Alexis brushing her hair with her hair brush.

Everything was calm and peaceful until her bedroom door was suddenly attacked by several fits pounding away at it.

"LEX!!!!!!!!,OPEN THE DOOR!!!!".

Annoyed at how loud the yelling was. Alexis sat down her hair brush down onto the dresser then made her way over to the door.

As quick as a flash she threw the door open and stood aside letting two bodies fall downwards to the floor one after another.

"Now...care to explain why the two of you are making a racket outside my room" she growled downwards ignoring the frightened look her friends gave her.

Which they got over fast, considering the fact that they were both up on their feet and surrounding Alexis with their arms around her and trapping her into a tight embrace.

"ACK-!, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!??".
"Show her!, Show her!" The two Girls repeated one after another.

"SHOW ME WHAT!!????" Alexis roared showing both Girls off of her body.

It was then a cell phone was shoved right under her nose.

School News Headlines:
The Return Of Jaden Yuki....

*Words been going around the school ground the Duel Academy's own Jaden Yuki has come out of hiding and is on his way back to the island and back to the academy as a duel student.

Alexis snatched the phone out of her friend's hand scanning over each word repeatedly to make sure she hadn't read wrong.
Yet everyword hadn't change, Jaden Yuki...was coming back... it had to fake....right?

A single tear drop felt down from her eye brushing against her cheek as she quickly whipped it away before her friends could console her. Suddenly a loud roaring noise echoed from outside. Slipping on her slippers and not caring that she was still in her night gown Alexis ran out of her dorm to the sound of the noise ignoring her friends cries for her to wait.

The helicopter ride was too quiet for Jaden's liking he tried making conversation with Yubel after his talk with Aster but could tell that he was too nervous and afriad to say anything as he just stared out of the window.

Jaden sighed leaning more back into his seat. He hated the thought of coming back here but he wanted to protect Yubel, it had been a week now since Asters rescue and they had been cooped up in the helicopter ever since.

Thanks for still having connections to his friend Aster, he was able to ask him for a favor to send them a chopper to the island and that's how they ended up here. Well after a long week of Asters ranting.

Yubel wrapped his cloak tighter around him, Jaden patted his head giving his bestest smile that he could master at the moment and Yubel gave a small smile back in response shifting to his other side to lean against Jaden.

"You have nothing to worry about, just stay by my side and you'll be alright". Yubel nodded as he listened to the the voice in the speaker announcing that they were there.

A/N Sorry that it took some time for the chapter to be posted. I've been feeling rather sick this week so I hadn't gotten round to do it. I feel much better now and hopefully I'll still be in fine condition for the next chapter. Thanks so much to everyone who's reading this story and all my other works. I'm still in need to finish a new chapter for Flutterby but I promise I'll get that done.
