Chapter 10

~Few Weeks After~

Ae Ra's POV

"She hasn't been eating, she's crying everyday. I'm scared for her." She replied to Jungkook.

He was worried about her. He knew he was wrong, he knew he broke her even after she trusted him. He was angry with himself. His members were angry too. Ae Ra was angry too but she couldn't do anything. He was her source of income.

"Has she been to the hospital?"

"She refused to. She took sometime off work though."

"Does she still..." He paused. "The necklace, does she still wear it?"

Ae Ra tried to think back. "I don't know, I don't think so."

I'm sure he can see the anger in me. If I could just punch him in the face without being kicked out of here.
But then Alma can take care of me.

"Jungkook-ssi, can I say something?"

"Sure noona. I'm listening." He answered.

"I'm going to speak my mind and it might offend you but I just have to.
Alma loved you like crazy. I mean she loved that mad man Daniel a lot but yours was on a different level." She took in a breath and continued. "The only people she told about the accident and miscarriage and infertility are you, Daniel and I. Her family doesn't know. He would probably be in jail if they knew.
I love her like she were my own blood and seeing you hurt her this way makes me want to hurt you too physically but I can't. Bo Kyung is gone. She separated both of you and now where is she? Alma's living in depression now. And it kills me to say it but I see she still loves you and to me that's sad."

After everything had been said, she left him.
He sat and cried.

Jungkook's POV

"Hyung, what have I done?" He cried to Yoon Gi. "She trusted me after everything she went through and I ruined it."

"I didn't raise you like this Jungkook. Me and the others are disappointed in you, but we see you are truly sorry for what you did and we are going to try to help you out."

Alma's POV

"I'm not hungry Unni." Alma complained. "I'm fine."

"You are not fine. You will eat something, and I'm not asking."

Alma stood up and followed her into the kitchen. She was dizzy, and her vision became blur. The next thing she remembered was falling to the ground.

"Alma!" Ae Ra exclaimed. "Alma please."
She called for an ambulance.

Jungkook's POV

I was in the practice room when Nam Joon hyung burst into the room.
"Ae Ra called. Alma's in the hospital."
Jungkook grabbed his jacket and ran out.

~In The Hospital~

After asking for directions, he hurried to her room. Not even bothered about people whispering about him. He left that to his manager.
He paused at the door and contemplated going in. Upon seeing him, Ae Ra opened the door to let him in.

"How is she?"

"She's sleeping." She said.
He noticed the difference in Ae Ra's voice. She had been scared.

"Should I be here?" He asked. "I don't think she'll want to see me."

"When we were in the ambulance, she kept calling your name until she passed out again. I think she needs you."

I could feel the tears coming. She thought of me when she was sick.

He walked to the bedside. "What did the doctor say?"
"Nothing serious. She was just malnourished and her sugar level was low. She's be good to go tomorrow."

Satisfied, he decided to leave. Just as he was getting up, she grabbed his hand and said. "Don't go."

Alma's POV

I opened my eyes and saw him. I didn't think I'd ever want to see him again but when I thought I was going to die, he was the only one that could think of.
He wanted to leave but I didn't want him to so I held his hand and said.
"Don't go."

"Mi Rae." He said, his voice clouded by emotions, "I'm so sorry. It's all my fault. I shouldn't have."

Ae Ra left them alone.

"I forgive you." She smiled.
He was happy but confused. "Why would you?"

"The fact that I thought of you when I was being rushed to the hospital, means you deserve a second chance."
He was crying, he wasn't going to let anything happen to her ever again.

"I'd kiss you but I haven't brushed yet." She laughed
"I don't care." He laughed too and bent to kiss her.
The members entered.

"Woah! what's going on?" Tae Hyung asked hugging Alma.
"Are you two back together?" Ho Seok asked. "Please say yes."

Both of them nodded. And they shouted in delight.

"Are you sure about this though, you know you can have me instead." Jimin joked and Jungkook gave him a scary look. "I'm joking. Calm down brother."

Seok Jin said. "On a serious note, if you ever do something stupid again Jk, I'll disown you."

"Yes. You mess with her and you answer to us." Yoon Gi agreed.

"You're my brothers, not hers." He complained.

"Try us and see."
The room was filled with laughter and jokes.
