part 7: flashback

~y/n pov~

i just started dating this guy named grayson. it's been amazing. he's so sweet and kind and he's so nice to me. the only thing i would really change is that he's really clingy. like he always wants to be with me but it's kinda cute. he's really handsome and has curly brown hair. he's a lot taller than me and he's goofy and it is so awesome. he treats me right but sometimes looks through my phone but i mean that's normal right?

~one month after we started dating~

things with grayson are going great. like he's still as sweet as he was when we started dating. hes going through my phone more than he has been and he's been asking me where i am every time i go out with friends. i don't really mind it tho, we still have a lot of fun when we're together and he always makes me smile

~three months after we started dating~

grayson is getting less trusting of me. it's like i can't hang out with my guy friends at all! i cant text them, call them, or hang out with them at school! the problem is that i ALWAYS hug my friends even if they are guys and once i accidentally hugged my best friend at the time josh in front of grayson and grayson punched josh. obviously josh had stopped talking to me after that. grayson told me that i can't cheat on him again or that will be me. pointing at josh rolling around on the ground in the hallway at school.

~four months after we started dating~

lately, he hasn't even been letting me talk to anyone but him. once i was texting wyatt in front of him and he started screaming at me asking me who wyatt was and why i was cheating on him and why i sent him heart and laughter emojis. "that's my twin brother grayson, chill the fuck out" i said to him. he's being ridiculous lately.

~five months after we started dating~

grayson has gotten abusive. once he hit me because i slept with one of his friends but i don't know any of his friends because he doesn't let me talk to any of them! he checks my phone literally twenty times a day and doesn't let me do anything. he grabbed my phone from my hands and looked through it and when i yanked it out of his hands and told him not to do that he smacked me square across the face. i'm soo done with this.

~six months after we started dating~

grayson hits me more and more now. he screams at me "WHY WERE YOU TEXTING HIM YOU SLUT HUH! WHERE WERE YOU LAST NIGHT?!? HUH?? GIVING HEAD TO SOME STRANGER YOU WHORE?!?" i can't take it anymore. he found out my crush on jaeden and hit me more than i've ever been hit in my life. i'm done with this "WERE DONE GRAYSON, IM TIRED OF THIS" i got scared because he charged at me and i ran out the house slamming the door behind me hearing a huge bang at the door which meant he hit his head. maybe hard enough to be unconscious. i ran down the street all the way to my house and told me and my family everything. wyatt and my dad paid him a visit and beat the shit out of him while me and my mom called the cops. shortly after, me and my family moved to pennsylvania so grayson  couldn't ever find me.
