Chapter 6 The Next day

Last Time on "The connection"

"Hey Andi, wheres Jonah?" -Cyrus

"He said he has some English work" -Andi

"Andi, how can we let this go Jonah lied right to you and we don't know why" -Buffy

"Who are you texting" -Buffy

"It was TJ" -Cyrus

"No I can't tell Andi" -Jonah

Andi P.O.V

Well last night was fun, we went to TJ's game and they won 54-32 and the best part was when it was just Buffy, Cyrus, TJ, and I, me and Buffy screamed quietly as we saw TJ and Cyrus kissed. I'm happy for Cyrus he has TJ and Buffy has Marty. I tried texting Jonah 8 times during the game but he didnt answer.

Even though were not together anymore I thought he would talk to me as a friend... I just don't understand why Jonah would lie.

Third Person P.O.V

Andi walked in through the front doors of her school and was on her way to her locker and Buffy followed. "Hey, Andi how are you holding up?"Buffy asked, Andi opened her bag putting her stuff in her locker and she looked at Buffy. "I'm fine" Andi answered sounding not fine, Buffy gave Andi that look.

Andi sighed, "I can't get anything by you" Andi suggested smiling, "Nope" Buffy replied smiling. Andi closed her locker, "I don't know it's just...the Jonah thing" Andi answered, Buffy looked at Andi curious. Andi looked at Buffy, "What?" Andi asked, "Why are you so concerned?" Buffy asked. Andi shrugged her shoulders not knowing, Buffy placed her hand on Andi's shoulder for support.

"Don't you worry Andi I'll help you figure out and Cyrus once he's done talking with TJ" Buffy advised as they smiled and laugh. And together they walked heading to first period and start another day at Jefferson.

Jonah P.O.V

I'm so tired it took me forever to finish Jacob's homework now I have to give it to him, I just hope he doesn't ask for anything else.

Third Person P.O.V

Jacob waved goodbye to his friends as he saw Jonah coming, "Jonah! my friend" Jacob greeted sounding like he was happy to see him. Jonah yawned and rubbed his eyes, "Here is your English" Jonah sighed.

Jacob looked and smiled, "I'm sure to get at least a B, thanks Jonah" Jacob thanked, Jonah, yawned again. "Oh is Jonah Beck tired, anyway I need you to do my Science and History homework tonight" Jacob brought up.

Jonah backed up, "NO WAY! I don't care if you tell the entire school I've had three girlfriends anymore" Jonah called. Jacob grabbed Jonah's arm and Jonah grunted a little of how hard Jacob grabbed him. Jonah wasn't even touching the ground, "Listen here Jonah, you will keep doing what I ask or else" Jacob whispered.

Jonah got out and rolled up his sleeve and saw a bruise, "Why? you have nothing against me" Jonah replied. Jacob smiled evilly, "True but what about your friends" Jacob started, Jonah's eyes widened confused and concerned.

Jacob unlocked his phone and showed Jonah a few pictures of TJ and Cyrus kissing in the gym yesterday. "You will listen to me or I will send this to everyone and their secret relationship won't be so secret" Jacob threatened. 

"You can't not a lot of people at the school support gay couples, their are bullies here ho would fight or hurt TJ and Cyrus if you told someone" Jonah mentioned, "Oh I know that...so Jonah what's more important your freedom or keep #Tyrus a secret," Jacob asked sinisterly. Jonah sighed and looked down, "I can't do that to Cyrus he's helped me so much including that one time with my panic attack," Jonah thought.

Jonah looked up at Jacob, "Yes I'll keep doing what you want" Jonah answered sounding depressed. Jacob smiled and gave Jonah his homework, "I'll text you if there is more" Jacob laughed as he walked to join his friends while Jonah carried his bag and walked slowy to his locker.
