Twisted Mines Pt. 2

Nightwing & Red Robin are joined by Superman in the Batcave.

Superman- "Dick, Tim."

Nightwing- "How are you Superman?"

Red Robin- "Superman."

Superman- "Nightwing can do me a favor and check this plate number out, tell me who it belongs to."

Nightwing- "Sure, what going on?"

Superman- "I Saw Scarecrow in the backseat of this car earlier in Metropolis, I believe it belongs to Lex Luthor. I can't figure out why they would be working to together."

Nightwing- "That's funny he just Robbed the Gotham Federal Reserve. That's why Bruce is out now."

Red Robin- "So billionaire Lex Luthor has Scarecrow robbing banks?"

Nightwing- "Doubt It."

Superman- "Highly. But they have something going on, this isn't a coincidence.

Nightwing- "I Agree, and your right Superman the plate is registered to LexCorp."

As the 3 are trying to figure out a connection, Batman man appears with Robin in the cave. Batman and Superman try to connect the dots when Alfred comes in with yet another guest.

Meanwhile, at this point in time Lex has already contacted Sinestro and he is currently en route to Metropolis to meet with Lex to hear out this proposal. Batman speaks to Superman about the possibility that Lex & Scarecrow could be planning some sort of under siege of Metropolis. However to the both of them it seems rather unlikely, especially with Luthor's vast amount of money and resources seems a bit strange he'd need anything from Scarecrow. Nightwing chimes in that maybe its the other way around and Scarecrow needs Lex. Yet still Superman and Batman Both state the obvious that even for Lex, that is still somewhat beneath him. For all intents and purposes they are in two different classes of villains. Scarecrow is small time, take over Gotham bad. Lex Luthor is a multiverse big bad, and a much larger threat to the general public and superhero community. 

As they are all talking a phone call come in from the Justice League Watchtower, its Hal Jordan the green lantern. 

Hal- "Batman, how soon can you get to the Watchtower, and Have you heard from Superman?"

Batman- "I'm with Superman, What is it?"

Hal- "It's best we speak in person."

Superman- "We'll Be there shortly Hal."

Over In Metropolis, Sinestro has landed at Lex Corp. The two begin to discuss Scarecrow's plan. Sinestro is completely reluctant to work with Scarecrow, bring uo the fact that when he gave him a Yellow ring once before he managed to get it stolen right off his finger.

Sinestro- "He's clumsy, reckless, and a liability. I've dealt with him once prior, the fool managed to get his Yellow ring stolen right under his nose. I doubt any plan he is coming up with will succeed. He cant even defeat a mortal like Batman, and you expect me to believe that he can take on Superman."

Lex- "I'm certainly not in disagreement with you, however I can see parts of his plans being successful especially with our aid."

Sinestro- "And exactly how will I be needed?" 

Just then Scarecrow appears out of the shadows.

Scarecrow- "Well Sinestro that is actually PRETTY simple now."

Lex- "Where the....don't EVER do that again."

Scarecrow- " Relax Lexy, learn to harness your fear don't let it control you, right Sinestro?"

Sinestro- "Let's get on with it Crane, I have more important things i can be doing then sitting here bantering with you two."

Scarecrow- "I'm gonna need one of those Yellow rings again."

Sinestro- "Never again."

Scarecrow- "Just listen. I've discovered a way to reverse engineer the molecules of Kryptonite in order to turn the substance into liquid, combining it with my fear toxin, i've created a substance that will take out the Justice League. But spreading this new toxin thru obvious means wont be enough especially to take out Superman & the league. I Need a Yellow Lantern Ring. The Kryptonite will strengthen your rings constructs to unbelievable and unbreakable level, and my fear toxin combined with you ring will make constructs of that persons greatest fears, as a pose to you just creating "Scary constructs" that any one with any sort of will power can break. This is all we need to take every member of the league down."

Sinestro- "Seems flawed, still."

Lex- "It can work thru my calculations."

Scarecrow- "Give me a ring Sinestro, Let me demonstrate."

Sinestro, against his better judgement, with persuasion from Lex, and just out of sheer curiosity of the unknown, makes a ring appear and it begins to float over to Scarecrow. "Jonathan Crane Of Earth you have the ability to instill great fear, welcome to the Fear Corps." Scarecrow begins to change right before them, now in a Yellow Lantern uniform, with all new powers and strength running thru him. He then makes a small hole on the side of his Lantern ring, thru sheer will of fear even over the ring, and screws a small line into the side that is plugged into the new Krypto Toxin that is on his back. He looks at Sinestro and ask him one simple question, "What do you fear?" Sinestro scoffs and says nothing. Scarecrow, fully focused now on Sinestro begins to make constructs of his daughter Soranik sexual engaged with Hal Jordan. Then he makes another construct of Soranik charging at Sinestro with a spear. He yells at Scarecrow to stop, this isn't a joke, but the Soranik constuct pierces his shoulder and he begin to scream as he can feel the Kryptonite weakening him. Sinestro falls to his knees weak, scared and confused. Lex tells Scarecrow to stop because he has already proved his point, but Scarecrow then makes a construct of an evil Superman whipping an ensalved Lex with Wonder Woman's Lasso. Lex seems unfazed, almost taunting Scarecrow until he makes a construct of what looks like a younger version of Superman that begins to shoot heat vision a Lex. Lex dodges and his suit of Armour quickly attaches to him. Lex ask Scarecrow if he thinks that aging Superman down is supposed to Scare him.

Scarecrow- "That isn't a younger Superman, and he isn't a construct."

Lex- "What."

Lex focus in on the Crest on this persons Chest, and realizes he is actually there. It's a Superman S with a Lex Corp Symbol embedded in the seems.

Scarecrow- "This Luthor Kent, he's your nephew...... from an alternate reality of course. where Superman & Lena Get married and have a Baby."

Luthor- "All the Luthor Brains mixed with all Kryptonian strength and powers."

Before Lex can begin to form a reply, Luthor lets out a clap that incapacitates Lex & Sinestro.

Scarecrow- "Phase 1 complete, lock them up Luthor, Lex has a small sub division under this building that i've improved the cells to make them impenetrable with meta dampeners. Oh and thanks for the help by the way."

Scarecrow thanks this an unknown person who begins to step forward.

Reverse Flash- "I Never liked those pompous assholes any way, especially Lex. You just make sure you deliver on your end of the deal as I have in bringing you this evil Superman, which by the way do you actually go by Superman on your earth Luthor?

Luthor- "No. You can call me Mastermind."
