"Stefan," Eliza giggled, as she rested her hands upon Stefan's shoulders and leaned back on the tree, centred in the middle of the Forrest. She closed her eyes and let out a silent moan as Stefan gently left kisses on her neck. "The townspeople will think I am a floozy if they see us so intimidate, Stefan," she attempted to breathe out as pleasure filled her body. She pierced her lips together, making an effort to not make any noise as she felt his lips trail up towards her jaw and eventually towards her lips.

Stefan gave her a soft kiss before drawing away as he gazed at her with a variety of affection and desire. "I want you all to myself. They will understand," he confessed to her as he gave a cheeky grin and went back to his prior actions.

She closed her eyes as she was filled with warmth once again. "You will be the death of me, Mr. Salvatore."

Present Day

Evelyn locked her car before making her way towards Elena's house. She knocked on the door and waited for her best friend to open it.

When it swung open, a dismal Elena emerged, who now looked up at her best friend in astonishment. Evelyn smiled at her and Elena's brown eyes brightened up.

Elena quickly swung her arms around Evelyn's frame and tightened her grasp. Nobody knew what the two girls were going through and it made Elena feel lonely. Seeing her best friend again made everything just a little bit okay.

Elena hauled back and asked, "what are you doing here?" She made way for Evelyn who stepped in and put her bag on the ledge.

"Came to support a friend who seemed desperate on the phone," Evelyn answered with a teasing smile, trying to light up the mood. Elena tried to put on a real smile, but she couldn't hide the fake undertone in it. Evelyn frowned and asked, "how are you holding up?"

Elena shook her head and crossed her arms. "Not good," she replied sadly. "I still feel like I'm being choked by Vicki." She laughed, thinking back to the situation she was in only a few hours ago.

"Well, I ditched school for you! So let's do something fun- movies, dinner?" She gasped, "movies and dinner?" She smiled, enthusiastically.

"I would," she paused as both girls made their way through the house, Evelyn following behind Elena who was going to the kitchen. "But, I really want to spend some time with Jer," she finished as she went to grab a cup and fill it up from the sink. "He's been asking questions and being suspicious about Vicki." Elena gave her a knowing look before taking a sip. Evelyn was definitely worried about the wrong people finding out about the Salvatore brothers secret. Especially those who are not equipped to handle such information – like Jeremy. He's been through so much and one of the good things in his life, is his relationship with Vicki. What would that do to him when he finds out that the girl he liked had turned into a monster? "Besides," Elena continued, "it's the Halloween dance tonight. Did you forget already?" She teased.
