"We need to pick out the most powerful and useful kids for this mission. In order to do this it is crucial we test their abilities, starting tomorrow, Kevin, you will watch them every step during the activities and mark their strongest and weakest points that way we'll know what to do with them," the lady spoke in a firm tone.

The mission she spoke of wasn't at all a joke. The teens were shocked. As Valerie narrated what she heard. They didn't expect anything like that.

What mission? Why did they want teenagers to be on the mission? There was so much they needed to know. All of them were in shock, they had nothing to say. It wasn't like they could do anything.

They stayed quiet and just went to their cabins for the night.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The next morning they all met in the eating hall. As they ate their food, their minds were full of thoughts of what would happen to them. Their train of thought was interrupted by Kevin.

"Helloooo everyone!" He shouted.

Valerie, Rivi, Fiona, and Frankie rolled their eyes. He wasn't just a camp supervisor he was so much more.

"Today is a very exciting day, I hope you all are ready for action. Today we will practice our martial art skills."

Martial art skills, "I thought this was supposed to be fun," whispered Fiona.

"That's what we all thought," Rivi responded.

That day they all took martial arts pretty serious except for Valerie, she wasn't really into martial arts. She was more of a relaxed type of a person. She could see Rivi sweating, Fiona and Frankie were almost about to faint. They put so much effort and care into what they did. Valerie just pretended to punch the punching bag every once in a while.

She noticed Kevin circling her group every five minutes or so. He seemed very satisfied with them. Valerie didn't let them know that she didn't really think they needed to know. Besides, they could probably see it themselves. By the time they were done working out her friends were exhausted. As they sat down at the same table to have lunch, they saw Kevin slowly walking towards them with a grin on his face.

"UH-OH, what could Kevin want from us?" Fiona asked her friends. She was terrified.

"No idea," Frankie responded.

The rest of them just shrugged. Valerie held Rivi's hand tight. She knew this Wasnt going to be good.

"Hello children, I just wanted to come by to ask you guys a couple questions," before they could respond he continued to speak.

"First, I would like to know, do you guys enjoy martial arts? Valerie, you don't need to answer this question, this answer is quite evident."

They were all in shock. They wondered why he wanted to know this and if they should tell him the truth.

"Ahh, I guess we like it," Rivi mumbled, she was still in shock and so was everyone else, she was a fast thinker, so everyone relied on her."

"You guess?" Kevin's voice shook. I thought you guys loved it, you were really good at it. Well then, I'm sure you will enjoy tomorrow's activity."

They kept silent, wondering what would happen the next day.
