"Jesus, Thanatos. Could have been gentle." Paimon moaned from the ground.
"Hurry up." I nagged and assisted Ivy in getting him up.
I pulled them towards the gates of heaven, pushing them inside.
"Welcome to Hea- Oh my lord. What is he doing here?" The receptionist covered her mouth with her hand.
"I need to see the fat bearded man, ASAP." I said breathlessly.
"Go right in. Be mindful of the people though." She smoothed out her pencil skirt and opened the rose gold doors for us.
"Thank you Miss." I smiled and helped Paimon into the sunlight.
"Sorry for rushing you. They needed to believe it was an emergency." I smiled at Paimon.
He glared at me in return. IF i had actual eyes, I'd roll them.
"This is Heaven?" Ivy looked around in awe.
"Yes. Also your home if you choose not to marry Hades." Ivy threw a look of worry at Paimon who just shook his head.
"Thanatos!" My familiar friend, Billy, ran over to our small group.
"Hey Billy." I flashed him a warm, bony, smile.
"Did you come today to take me to see the baby?" Billy's happiness was practically beaming.
I opened and closed my jaw a few times before looking over at Ivy and Paimon.
Ivy slid out from under Paimon's arm and walked over to Billy, crouching in front of him.
"Hey Billy. Im Ivy." She smiled and held her hand out for him to shake.
"You're Kore." Billy reached out a tiny hand to touch Ivy's hair.
"How did you know?" Ivy cocked an eyebrow at him.
"They said our savior be coming soon. That she would fix things for us." Billy's face fell as he dropped his hand.
"I,uh, Do you like flowers?" Ivy smiled and made a ball with her hands.
Paimon shot me a glance and I shrugged.
Ivy opened her hands seconds later with the prettiest Rose I've ever seen.
