Paimon
"Pai, Please. Let go." Hel begged me as she dangled over a pit of fire.
A pit of fire made by the hands of her very own father, Loki.
"Please, let me help you Hel. It doesn't have to end like this. Your story isnt over yet. Our story isnt over yet." I begged and tightened my grip on the woman i held so very dear to my heart.
"I dont want to live like this. This is torture. Id be living for your happiness, Pai. Isn't that selfish?" Hel began sliding from my grip, a result of the steam from the fire.
"So what if im selfish! I fucking love you. Let me be selfish. Just this once, please." Tears leaked from my eyes.
"I can't love." With that she slipped from my grasp.
"HEL!" i bellowed down the pit as her body gracefully fell into the pits of hell.
Screams erupted from her lips as I watched her once rosy pale skin develop burns and gradually turn red.
I pushed myself away from the edge and onto the dead grass.
"Look at what you did. You killed her." Lucifer spoke sadly from across the court yard.
I felt wet droplets down my cheeks. I was crying?
"Pai..." Ivy called my name sadly and I felt a hand intertwine with mine.
I squeezed her warm hand.
"You killed her, Brother. Which resulted in a war you'll never win." Lucifer nodded at Hades.
"Go suck a fat one, Lucy. I showed Mercy. I showed Love. I gave Hel peace. She would be proud to see what I've learned. To see Im finally out of your crooked shadow. So fuck it. Bring it on, Big brother." I wiped off my now bloody blade and took my position.
"Your wish is my command," Lucifer gave a dramatic bow and a stampede of creatures came rushing into the gates.
We were ready though. Gods got to work, some using basic combat skills.
Others took advantage of their abilities as gods and requested creatures from their kingdom and those creatures fought for them.
I continued watching Ivy through my own mini battles.
She was a fucking badass. She sported two pink machetes. They were usually easier for people of her size and capabilities. It was a clean cut if enough force applied. There were also no ridges so if it were to get stuck there would be an easy solution.
I wish I wasnt preoccupied with a hellhound or else id watch her fight all day.
I took my model 1832 and sliced through one of its' 3 heads.
"You good?" Kratos shouted over the clashing of metal and grunts of creatures.
"Peachy. You?" I called back.
"Im fucking hungry. Can we have a nice white barbecue after this?" Kratos was pushed back by a very overzealous cyclops.
"Sure!" I called and finished off the beastly creature.
