The Pain

*****Shawn's Pov****

I grabbed Emma's wrist and she winced in pain then looked down with tears in her eyes. Her wrist was covered by her sleeve so I pulled it down and saw a bunch of fresh cuts on her wrist.

"Emma why" I asked lifting her head up and she cried.

"The pain helps" she said crying even more. I pulled her into a hug and she cried into my chest as I rubbed her back.

"Emma don't let them get to you ok" I said. Then her phone went off so I took it out of her hand and looked at it.

Why are people doing this Emma has been through enough and a girl like her doesn't deserve to be treated like her.

"I can't take it Shawn I want to die so I don't have to listen to the hate anymore" she yelled. She let go of me and fell to the floor crying. Jack came in picked her up sat next to her and held her in his lap.

"What happened" he asked as he rubbed her back and looked up at me. I sat next to them and leaned against the wall.

"Hate is getting to her and she said she wanted to die" I said.

"Emma why do you wanna die" he asked

"So I don't have to deal with hate and cause it will make the world a better a place if I left" she said

"Emma everyone on the bus loves you mom loves dad does Molly Laura and many more people who would care if you died Emma you have already been through so much ending you life would mean you quit and Gilinsky's don't quit" Jack said. Emma looked up and wiped her tears then took a deep breath and stopped crying so her breathing became normal.

"The hate is true I am ugly I am worthless and useless" she said.

"No you're not Emma you are the most beautiful girl I have ever met and you mean the world to me" I said and looking at her in the eyes.

"Look Emma for the next few days why don't I keep your phone so you don't have to deal with and maybe it will blow over" Jack said. Hate is never gonna stop but if it makes Emma stop harming herself then we will try.

"Ok" she said. I gave Jack her phone and he threw it on his bed behind him.

"Now get up and go shower no cutting got it" Jack said. Emma got up and nodded. She went into the bathroom I stood up and so did Jack. We walked into the kitchen to eat.

"She's gonna cut you know" I said looking at him and he nodded.

******Emma Pov******

When I got into the shower I grabbed one of the razors and cut my thighs so no one would see. I wiped off the blood and then washed my body.

I got out of the shower grabbed my towel and dried off. My clothes were in here cause Jack set them in here. I put on my leggings and hoodie brushed hair put it up and walked out. Jack and Shawn were waiting for me.

"Wrists" Jack said. I sighed and put my wrists in front of them. They each pulled a sleeve down and saw I only had cuts from earlier.

"Good" Shawn said as he kissed my cheek and walked out. I started to walk away but Jack grabbed my waist and pulled me back.

"Please don't cut anymore" he said

"I won't" I said he smiled and kissed the top of my head then walked out. .
