(Warning: this chapter is kinda sad so sorry if any one cries. Also, I kinda cried)

I finally got out from the hospital after two days. Although, the doctors told me to take it easy for one more day. Luckily, it's Saturday today. Which means that my "dad" is going to be extra busy today. And tomorrow.

But I wasn't worried about that. Instead, I was going to make this weekend worth it. The only problem is... I didn't know how. As I was making my way back to my penthouse, I got a text from Danny which, let's be honest, made me blush a little.

Hey. I heard the good news. Do you maybe want to go hangout somewhere tomorrow?

Sure. But, why not today?

I just thought you needed another day to rest.

Thanks for your concern, but I kind wanna do something today. If you want?

Alright. How does walking through Central Park sound? Around six?

I wouldn't think of anything else besides that. So, is this a date? ;)

Think of it as you wish. But, it's possible. ;)

That text made me blush even more. I didn't know what to think of it. But, I just texted back.

Alright. See ya soon.

When I reached my penthouse I instantly ran up to my room and started to pick out what to wear. After about ten minutes, I decided to wear a white v-neck button up shirt with a red mini skirt. I then put my hair up into pigtails. I was feeling like my younger self again. And for the makeup, I went with a nude look.

After about an hour, it was six. I got a text from Danny saying that he was here and I made my way downstairs to the lobby. I put my phone in my small hand bag and was greeted with Danny's emerald eyes. I got control of myself not to blush as I walked up to him.

"Hey." I waved.

"Hey. You look gorgeous. You do know we're just going for a walk, right?" He chuckled.

"Y-yeah. I know. Just... wanted to.... what's the word.... look nice?" I smiled nervously as he just gave me a genuine smile. "Ok ok, it's just been a while since I went with someone. I just wanted to look the part."

"That's understandable. Although I'm not against it. You do look nice. It suits you." He said, walking out of the lobby with me trailing behind him, trying not to let my face turn into a rose.

"So, how are you feeling?" He asked.

"Better. The headaches subsided, and sleeping in the hospital helped me catch on the sleep that I needed. I thank you guys for being there with me." I smiled.

"Like I said, we'll always be there for you. No matter what." He said, giving me a closed eye smile.

God... dang it he's cute. Wait, what? I tried to slow down my racing heart as I squeaked out a small thanks and continued to walk. When we finally reached the park, we sat down on a bench under a shady tree.

"It's really nice outside." I muttered as we felt the cool fall air brush against us.

"It is."  Danny agreed.

"My mother always loved fall and spring. She loved it when the flowers would start to bloom and the warm heat would rise." I smiled, looking up into the sky.

"If you don't mind me asking, what was your mother like?" He asked.

"Well, she was everything I could've asked for. Maybe even more. She was always there for me. She would sing to me when a thunderstorm broke out. She helped me if I was being bullied by others. She would let me try on her kimonos even though they were too big for me. She even took me to Japan once. But I was a young kid. I may not remember much of what we did in the past, I'll never forget her or her kindness." I explained.
