New Discoveries

Chapter 7

Jess's pov

The sun shone through the blinds, as I opened my eyes. I tried to get out of bed but failed because I had a pair of arms wrapped around me. I looked to my left and saw Niall asleep. I looked at the alarm clock. 10:50 am. Shit, we've got to leave in 10 minutes.

"Niall" I said quietly. He murmered and pulled me closer to him. I rolled my eyes, "Niall, help my waters broke!" I shouted. His eyes flew open and he jumped up. I laughed at him and got up off the bed. "Wait are you being serious or not?" he asked. I laughed again. He looked at me confused. "I was joking. We have to leave in 10 minutes". His eyes went wide and he looked at the alarm clock. "Shit" he said.

"Okay! Our flight leaves in 6 hours and we have a few interviews to go to, so let's get going" Josh said bursting into the room. "Wait. You guys aren't even ready" He said looking up from the bit of paper he had in his hands. "No. So get out and we can get ready" I said pushing him out of the room. I leaned against the door and looked at Niall. He smiled and I smiled back.

I went over to my wardrobe and grabbed a white tshirt, black leggings, a red flannel shirt and some Timberland boots. I walked back over to the bed and put my clothes and shoes on it. I looked up at Niall and he just stared at me. "What?" I said. "Nothing. Apart from the fact that you knew exactly what goes with what" I laughed. "All I do is grab a few things. Now would you mind just turning around so I can get dressed?" I asked. "Oh. Yeah" He turned around and went on his phone.

I quickly got changed and Niall turned around. I pulled out my suitcase and started to shove random clothes and shoes in it. Niall already had his suitcase here, ready for us to leave.

"Ready?" Niall asked. I looked around the room and nodded. "Yep" I said popping the 'P'. "Right. Let's go then" He said opening the door for me. We walked down the stairs and Josh, Holly and Sarah were stood by the door waiting. "Whos car are we going in?" I asked. "We are taking the van" Josh said. "Okay let's go" Josh said pulling his and Holly's suitcases out the front door. We walked to the van and got in. "Can we stop off at McDonalds because I'm starving" I said rubbing my belly. "Yeah I guess so" Josh said, starting the engine. "Now if you don't mind I am going to go back to sleep. Wake me up when we get to McDonalds" I said leaning my chair back. Niall laughed and wrapped his arm around my waist.

I woke up and we were stopped at a McDonalds. "What does everyone want?" Josh asked turning around in his seat. "Can I have a 2 big macs please?" Niall asked. Josh nodded and looked at Sarah. "Can I have a cheese burger meal please?" she asked. "Jess?" Josh asked. "Can I have 2 big macs, 2 double cheese burgers and a strawberry milkshake please" I asked. Josh's eyes went wide and nodded.

We ordered our food and ate it. I was the last to finish because I had so much to eat.

I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't. "You okay Jess?" Niall asked, obviously noticing my squirminess. "I can't get back to sleep" I said making a pouty face. "How come?" He asked twitching his nose. "Baby liked the food" I said which caused Niall to chuckle. "Don't worry love, we only have a few minutes left in here" Niall said, taking his phone out of his pocket.

"Let's take a selfie" Niall said getting his camera up on his phone. We took a few selfies and the car stopped. "We're here!" Josh shouted. We all climbed out the car and Niall immediately took a hold of my hand. We were swarmed with security who were guiding us to the building, while trying to get the girls away from us. We managed to get into the building without any hasel.

We had an hour until the interview started so we all did what we wanted. I wondered around, not really knowing what to do. I followed some signs that said 'Dressing rooms'. I walked up to Niall's door and knocked on it. "Come in" I heard someone shout. I opened the door and walked in. Niall was sat on the couch watching the football. "Jess. Hey babe. You alright?" he asked standing up to hug me. "Yeah. I was just walking around not really sure what to do with myself" I said hugging him back. "Here" he said reaching into his pocket. "Take this" he said handing me a £10 note. I looked at it confused. "What's this for?" I asked. "To get some food for you and Lux" he said. "Okay. Thank you" I said walking towards the door. "I love you" I said, about to open the door. "I love you too" Niall said, as I opened the door.
