Connor POV:
"Ella I know this is not home, but I really want you to try and make it your home," I say trying to calm her.

"Ok," was all she said her voice having no emotion.

"Come on I'll show you your room," I say as I lead her through my tiny bedroom apartment to the room that once was just empty but has now been filled with some of her things from home thanks to Maddie, who I'm going to have to remember the thank later.

"What do you think, I had Maddie try to get it set us as close to your old room as possible?" I ask hoping I could get her to talk some.

"It's fine," she says as she walking into the room and sits on her bed, and as if something switched on she started crying.

"Ella, tell what I can do to help?" I say as i fight back the tears that begin to form in my own eyes.

"JUST LEAVE!" she screams at me. I stood there for a minute taken back by the sudden anger towards me. "Please!" she whispers with so much pain in her voice.

"Ok," was all I could say before closing her door and letting the tears I had been fighting back fall from my eyes.

Ella POV:
I feels so bad about yelling at Connor when all he is trying to do is help, and I know he is hurting too. I'm just not myself, all I want to do is go to sleep and never wake up. Its been been a week since I have been out of the hospital and two days since the funerals and I feel like I forget what they looked like more everyday, all I  want to do is be with my parents and Bradley. Oh how I miss Bradley so much and Conner favors him a lot and I just don't even want to see him, because he is just a reminder of all I have lost. I decide to get into bed and sleep, so that maybe I can have a good dream of my parents and Bradley, I don't ever want to forget what the looked like.

Later that night...
Conner POV:
I suddenly wake up to the sound of Ella screaming from the next room, I jump out of bed and take off running to her room thinking surely something had happened to her. I open her door and find her sitting strait up in her bed and see seemed to still be sleeping.

"Ella," I say as I climb onto the bed with her and take her in my arms. "It's ok your safe, I have you," I say as she slowly starts to calm down, but I can still hear her crying in her sleep. I lay us back in the bed slowly and just hold her as she finally begins to sleep peacefully once again.

I just lay with her and watch her sleep as night turned into morning, then I slowly slip out of bed and make my way back to my room. I climb in my bed an let sleep take over only to be woke up by my alarm two hours later.

Two nights later:
Conner POV:
Ella has had nightmares every night since we have been back and it has been harder each time to get her to calm down. She almost made it through the whole night without one last night, it was 4:00 am when she woke up screaming last night. I'm getting to where I'm worried about her and I just don't know how to help her get through this, maybe I'm just not the right person to care for her. Maybe she would have been better off somewhere else, with people that know what they are doing and can help her get better.

The sound of the storm outside had woke me about and hour earlier and decide to lay here just waiting for Ella to start screaming since it was almost 2:00 am and she had yet to wake up. I get out of bed and make way way to Ella's room deciding to just check on her.

I open the door to see that Ella's bed was empty. "Ella, where are you?" I call out as I begin to check the apartment. As I make it into the living room I realize the front door is standing open. "Ella are you out here," I ask as I grab my jacket from beside the door and begin to walk out the door.

"ELLA," I scream as I see her standing in the rain in the freezing night air with just a tee shirt and shorts on. I run to her and realize she is freezing and soaked. "Oh My Gosh Ella, how long have you been out here?" I ask as I pick her up into my arms and take her back inside.

"Ella, I need you too look at me," I say as I sit her down on the toilet seat and turn the hot water on in the tub.

"Huh!" Was all she said as I kneel down in front of her taking her face in my hands making her looks at me. "What were you thinking?" "It's in the 30s tonight you could get really sick or get hyperthermia," I say in a scolding tone.

After the tub is filled I put her in the tub clothes and all. After a few minutes she slowly stars to come out of her incoherent state.

"Ella please come back to me, stay with me," I say with panic in my voice.

"Why didn't you let me go?" She asked her voice so weak and broken.

"Go where Ella?" I ask worriedly as I try to keep her awake and talking.

"With Bradley, he told me to follow him and I could be with him and my parents again," she says in a tone of voice that tells me she may actually believe she seen him.

"Ella it was a dream, he is gone and you cannot go with him. You hear me Ella you have to stay here, ok?" I say harshly.

"Ok," she says her voice still still raspy from being in the cold so long.

"How about we get you out of here and into some dry clothes," I say as I help her out of the tub and warp her in a towel. "Just stay right here and I'll be right back." After grabbing her some dry clothes from her room I left her to get changed.

"You feel better," I ask her as she comes out of the bathroom.

"I'm fine!" She says emotionless as she makes her way back toward her room. But just as she was about to open her door a loud thunder sounded causing her to jump and then freeze in place.

"Ella are you sure your fine," I asked really concerned.

"I ... I hate... storms," she stammers out with fear in her voice. "Can I stay in your room tonight," she asked as she jumps as thunder sounds again.

"Sure," I say just wanting to make sure she is ok.

She walks to my room and sits down on the chair in the corner of the room. "Ella you can't sleep in the chair," I say as I climb into bed and pat the bed beside me.

"Ok," she says without putting up a fight like I had thought she would. It wasn't but just a couple of minutes after she got into the bed she was fast asleep, I watched her for a few minutes just to make sure she was fine then I decided I should try to get some sleep too.
