Ok, so in P.E or gym(Think those are two different things, we have two seperate classes that focus on being active at least) whoever is our teacher has a habit of picking floorball as the sport we're gonna do. They also have a habit of picking red and green as the two team's colour.
You are probably getting the idea.
Gryffindor vs Slytherin.
And I can't stop thinking about it.

Our class is really small, like- really really small.
We are 9 if everyone is present.
We are also, slighty.. just a tiny tiny bit-
Chaotic.

So, these games tend to get really loud, because the sticks that we use(Idk the name, and FRANKly, I don't care) crashes together and people are yelling. And while I stand in the back and out of that mess as I most often play keeper, I keep thinking that this is exactly like the Gryffindor vs Slytherin quidditch games.

But also, just the school's muggleborn's and probably some of the halfblood's missing the muggle sports they used to play at home with some kids in their neighbourhood so they come together and have a muggle sport's day, like when everyone is in hogsmead on weekends(And the first and second years that weren't with on this explore the castle or play pranks on each other because let's face it, you can't have explored the ENTIRE CASTLE just in TWO semesters and those who play pranks, its fun seeing the purebloods faces when pranked by muggle pranking ....stuff).

They meet on the quidditch field and the elders transfigure rocks and sticks into the sport's necesseries. Probably also teaches the younger curious first-third or whatever year their in the spells and how to do them.
It's basicly just a day of acticity, fluff and happiness for the muggle and half-bloods.

Then imagine, third year Harry bloody Potter hearing about this then nervously asking one of the particiants if he could join. Because... I have a headcanon that Harry was actually brilliant at sports and the captain of the teams often had a subtle battle of getting him on their team. Like, his tinyness(yes making words that don't exsist because I can, I think) and speed must have been an advantage. It says in the books that Harry was fast.

So, back to the muggle sports day.
Harry asks to join and of course they accept, like- ??? Of course you can!
Also who could resist those big emerald eyes and just absolute mess of black hair???

So, they drag this boi to meet the others. And their probably excited, because they are gonna play sport with the quidditch star HARRY BLODDY JAMES POTTER. The Hogwarts Celebrity.

Also, probably one of the most adorable guys in Hogwarts(I resent the movies ok?). Like emerald eyes, big round glasses and just a mess of hair, also short.
Fight me.

But I am getting off track again.
So the next weekend when Ron & Hermione and the other students go to Hogsmead the muggle sports day take place at the Quidditch field. At this point the muggle and half-blood's have gotten pretty close I imagine.

When they start it's just happiness and laughter.
Ngl I kinda wanna see them play cannon ball (the safe kind they play with those squishy balls).
Like Harry just speeding around and taking people out. I think he would be one of the people that last the longest because of his speed and light weight. So. The duel takes place.
