Izzy POV:
Today Magnus, Clary and me were going to go shopping and I can't say I wasn't excited. I took a shower and went to my closet. I pulled out a navy blue dress that has a dip so it shows my cleavage. I matched those with some black flats and left my hair down. Once I was done with my makeup I walked down stairs. "Morning" Simon said as he placed breakfast on the island. I got utensils and sat on the barstool and ate. Once we finished I helped Simon do the dishes. "Ok I'm going shopping now see you in a few hours" I said as I grabbed my purse and kissed him on the cheek. "Ok I'll see you later" Simon says as I walked out the door.
I walked to the Herondale manor which wasn't very far from the Lightwood manor. But I have to admit I was out of breath by the time I reached the door. I knocked and put my hand on the porch railing to steady myself. Stupid pregnancy. Clary opened the door and seen the condition I was in. " Oh my what has Simon done to you" she says as she grabbed her purse.
"Jace I'll be back in a few hours" she yelled as she closed the door. "Ok let's call Magnus" Clary said pulling out her phone and dialing his number. "He'll be here in a minute "she said while hanging up. My breathing has evened out and I don't have to lean on the railing anymore. In a few seconds Magnus portals to the manor and we hop in a portal to the New York institute to avoid getting seen.
Once we arrive we begin walking to the mall. I was once again out of breath but it wasn't as bad as before. We walked into the first store. We get two black cribs, a black dresser, a changing table, and tons of toys and clothes. We go to a few other stores and eventually we run out of money and we head back to the institute to portal our way back to Idris.
Once we arrive to my house I say goodbye to Clary and Magnus and go to find Simon. "Simon I'm home" I yell. He comes rushing down the stairs knowing I will have tons of bags. He grabs half the bags well more like three quarters and I grab the other 'half' and we bring them to the nursery. We set up the furniture and place everything were it's supposed to go. We go eat dinner and eventually fall asleep on the couch watching tv.
