"Okay that run through was almost perfect, the only issue is that Rayne you're coming in about two seconds late on the ripple" Kadence explained, "However I do know that it comes up extremely fast for the first group, so if you want we can try switching you with Gina to give you a little more time."

Over the course of rehearsals Kadence had dedicated herself to learning each of her dancers individually, and that was how she knew that Rayne would never ask to be switched on her own and would need the idea presented to her.

"It's a little difficult but I don't want to inconvenience anyone." said Rayne.

"Let me stop you right there", "Kadence held her hand up, "When it comes to bettering the routine there is no inconvenience, it's all about teamwork."

"And if it helps, I really don't mind Rayne." Gina spoke up.

"See Gina doesn't mind, so what do you say Rayne?" Kadence asked.

"I'll try that." Rayne nodded, her cheeks flushed.

It was clear to everyone in the room that Rayne was embarrassed by the switch, but everyone had their bad days and there was no doubt that Rayne was a great dancer. She was in fact one of the best Kadence had ever come in contact with, but much like most new dancers starting out with jobs this big she couldn't stay out of her head - which ultimately affected her performance.

"Remember we all have strong suits and we all have weaknesses, never judge anyone for it; Now let's take it from the top." Kadence said, signaling for the band to restart the song.

Madison's new single 'Try' was a fun upbeat song that embodied everything the nineties was, from the lyrics to the sound and it was exactly what Madison had envisioned from the very beginning.

She felt that the recycled style would be the perfect way to make a statement and Kadence agreed with her one hundred percent - and in return delivered a routine that embodied both the nineties and Madison as an artist.

"Girl this routine is the hottest thing I've seen all year" Crystal beamed, "You really are amazing at what you do!"

"Aww thank you I try my best." Kadence smiled.

"Well if this was just trying your best, I would love to see what happens when you know it's your best. Have you ever thought about seeking management, I mean you're going to be hot stuff pretty soon?"

Kadence chuckled, "You offering?"

"Hmm I don't know, maybe I am" Crystal shrugged.

"Well in that case, I'll think about it." Kadence joked before putting her attention back on the stage just as her mind off to somewhere else, Sabian.

The two hadn't spoken since the night of his album release party, and although she had convinced herself that it was due to their busy schedules, deep down inside she knew otherwise. That didn't stop her from wanting to call or text him and tell him everything about her job, and hear everything about how life had been going for him as well. More than anything she would've loved to get his opinion on Crystal's possible offer, which meant more to her than she liked to admit.
