When they reached the young master's office, Sebastian knocked on the door. "Young Master, may I come in?" He says, as politely as he can. Ciel lets out a muffled 'yes' from the room, and Sebastian opens the door, letting you go into the office first. "Hi Ciel..."

The boy looks up from his paperwork, expecting someone else, and he stood up from his chair. "Y/N, you're back..." He says, walking away from his desk and towards her. His gaze met hers and she smiled a bit then looks down. "Yeah... I guess I am now.." Y/N says softly. He nods his head then looks to Sebastian. "Get us some tea, would you?" Ciel said and the butler nodded then walks out of the room. Ciel took a deep breath then turns back to Y/N, and points to a chair. "Take a seat, we have lots to discuss" He pauses, watching her sit, then goes to sit back at his desk. "You didn't actually travel, did you..." He added, facing to the windows, gazing outside. Y/N held her breath as she realized he knew this whole time. "N-no I didn't... I went to Scotland that night, and met a lovely family that took me in... until they kicked me out.." She replies, looking down at her hands in her lap. "And you took their daughter?" He said, questioning. She nods her head but then looks up to him. "It wasn't that I took her, she was willingly ready to leave so we escaped using the horses her parents got us. And obviously they didn't care because they had many children." Y/N says, rolling her eyes a bit. "And if I'm to tell you, Ciel, the Scots had no idea I was from here, they just suspected I was an orphan and took me in right away." She adds, proudly
