Two crazy Muslimas
Two Muslim Bad Boys
Two different worlds
Two different stories
Only one thing in common:
Islam
It's just Elham, Farheen
Zayn and Fahmy facing the hustles that adulthood brings and learning to be...
It was hard to convince my mum to let me go to Farheen's in such short notice. She started telling me a bunch of life lesson stories before saying 'be home before Maghrib'. I couldn't ask for more, at least she allowed me.
I love my Mum. Don't matter how hardcore she is and sarcastic.
Just by entering that area I knew that we are going to a huge house, but I didn't imagine how beautiful it was.
Front to the beach it was amazing; "You live here?" I ask chin dropped.
"Practically by myself, because my brother and my dad are never around." She complains and sighs. What is she complaining about. The day i get the house for myself I'm throwing a party. I would give everything and anything to have a house like that with my brothers not around... Ok, maybe for a couple of days or weeks... Cause you never know what you have got until it's gone.
"This is huge and beautiful, and you have a beach-."
"-and a swimming pool and a tennis court, basketball court."
"And I bet you never enjoy any of them, huh!" I say sarcastically.
"Nope! Alone is really boring." Some people have it all and just won't enjoy it. The driver stops the car on the front door.
We drop and I look around as if stepping in a different planet, all mesmerized. And they had a huge chandelier up there. We don't even have a chandelier in our dining room and they have it outside on the entrance.
"Assalam Alleikum." She says to the woman that opened the door for us in a smile.
"walleikum salaam." She replies.
"This is my friend Ilhaam." She says to the lady.
"Assalam alleikum, ma'am." I greet and shake her hand.
"She is the house governess." Farheen says all excited.
"Walleikum Salaam." She replies grinning at me. "Little Farheen has been blurbing about you the whole week."
"Sure, she has." I say gazing awkwardly from the woman to Farheen. Farheen can blurb and I hope she has not been talking about all the embarrassing moments the klutz here has been through.
"Sadiya, I'm not little anymore." Farheen complains, hands her bags and books to the lady and gestures for me to hand it to her. I hesitate feeling sorry that the woman has enough on her. But Farheen takes it and hands the woman herself. "Come." She says pulling me outside.

She opens the glass door and we climb the stairs down to the beach. "This is so nice. I don't know how long it has been since I have been to a beach." I say to her as we remove our shoes stepping on the soft white sand.
She takes my hand and makes me run towards the water. We reach to the water and she goes in as I stay there watching. "Come on, stop being so lame. Come in." Farheen says to me. I just wave a no.
