*Farheen POV.*
"I saw your mother today in-" I hear Ilhaam say and it brings a frown to my face, why would she joke about that.
"-You saw my mother?" I ask standing by the door and she jumps on the bed hiding hugging Fahmy's arm. Man, she looked scared her eyes all wide opened. "What is that? A joke?" I say under a chuckle.
"You scared me, OMG." She says panting. "I was just, umm."
"She...we were just..." Fahmy says gesturing nervous. I gaze from him to Ilhaam and they were definitely up to something.
"I was just telling a joke." Ilhaam says, she gestures. "Yeah, a joke."
"Yeah, a yo'momma joke." Fahmy stutters narrowing his eyes at her. "And she found an excuse to hug me."
Ilhaam gets out of the bed right away. "That was a mistake, don't you flutter yourself."
"Yo'Momma?" I wonder. "You are two idiots."
"Hey watch your language, we are older than you." Fahmy teases.
"Yes, we are older than you." Ilhaam backs up, this brand new weird partnership has stronger links than I expected.
"Look at this beard, respect." He says stroking his shaved chin, my brother shaves everyday; if he could only grow his beard. But does he cares about Sunnah? *sighs*
"Dude, you don't have a beard." Ilhaam says frowning in his direction. "Look at your baby face." She laughs.
"I don't have a baby face, you girls are going over the line."
"I have never seen your beard." I say provocatively.
"Because I shave it. If I grew, you would all die. " He says defensively passing his hand on his cheeks.
"Oh come on, not even you believe in that." Ilhaam provokes.
"He doesn't have a beard." I whisper in her ear and we both start laughing.
"Ok, I'm out of here. I know I have a beard." He says standing up from the bed.
"Prove it and grow one." Ilhaam says and we exchange glares.
"Don't dare me." He warns.
"I dare you. Prove it." Ilhaam says.
"Prove it, prove it." I start singing while clapping my hands and she joins it as Fahmy rolls his eyes all smiles.
"Okay, okay. You asked for it, it will be the most beautiful beard you have seen in your whole lives." He says feeling himself.
"Yeah, right." I say, as I really doubt he will grow one.
"Wait for it. Farh will be like 'if I wasn't your sister I would definitely marry you'." He says making a girls voice and moving like one as well and we start giggling. "Ilhaam will go to her parents sighing all the time like 'Mum, Dad I think I found the one.' Then don't tell me I didn't warn you girls." He says gesturing before leaving my room.
"I have to go home." Ilhaam says grabbing her bag.
"I will tell the chauffer to drop you, Ok."
The brownies were just delicious but it got sour as soon as my dad dropped the news that next weekend his getting married.
"But I said I don't want you to." I say almost shouting, but I tried to contain myself.
"I told him to not mind you." Fahmy says sitting there smirking at me arms crossed.
