Wynter

We said our goodbyes to the last group of people but was soon stopped by a boy who looked identical to Nick. He was tall and handsome, with loose curly hair and the same plump lips that were awarded to Nick. His chiseled features were balanced to match his softened stance.

"Drew go away!" Nick muttered tiredly.(changed name from Lewis to Drew)

"That's no way to speak to your little bro Nick" he smiled and pulled Nick into his chest, wrestling with his tux. He turned his attention to me and nodded. "And you must be Wynter" he smirked, taking in my form.

"I am. And you are?"

"Drew Clause. Brother to the dunce your marrying" he introduced himself, extending a hand to shake mine. I looked at him and blushed, taken back by his features.

They were both handsome men; Nick resembled his mom will Drew his dad. I looked at him curiously as he observed, his eyes gently inspecting each feature. "I knew it" he muttered.

"Knew what?" I asked playing dumb. How could he possibly have a secret on me? I just met him!

"You're a human" he bragged. Nick pinched the bridge of his nose and looked around, making sure no one could hear him. "You have the biggest mouth in the Pole! I told you not to tell anyone Drew."

"I didn't! I Only told a servant who told another chef who just so happened to tell mom. But they don't believe me since you introduced her as a princess. Nice plan by the way" he winked cheekily.

There was no winning with this dude and I knew men like him could only be bribed for their silence.
I boldly went to hold his palm and intertwined my fingers between his. "Look Drew. Could you just keep the secret? For your dear brother? I really love your brother and would hate it if anything stood in our way" I hinted unmistakably.

He blushed and nodded, looking to Nick than back at me. "I like her" he shrugged and kissed my palm. "Fine.I'll keep my mouth shut for you Wynter, but Nicholas? You owe me" he looked over at him and shrugged.

"He does owe you." I hinted, staring Nick down so he could take the bait, "and I'll make sure he fulfills whatever you wish for" I nodded in agreement.

"Nope! I don't agree to that" Nick interjected boldly.

"Nicholas. Be a good boy" I snapped, staring him down. He rolled his eyes and looked to his brother in annoyance. "Fine. Only one wish and it better not be what I think it is" he muttered pushing him to the side.

He smirked and waved goodbye as we moved to go to his car. We walked in silence in the cold snow until we came to the passenger side of his red corvette. He opened the door for me and I nuzzled inside the warmed seat, still shivering from the cold.

Nicholas

"Okay Wynter we're at your house" I announced tiredly. She didn't budge and only turned to face the window. She was knocked out from the night's events.

"Come on Wynter. Get up" I shook her gently. She breathed peacefully, still fatigued from the night. I rolled my eyes and stood to brace the cold. Begrudgingly, I walked to her side and pulled her out of her seat, carrying her to the front door.

I opened her sequined clutch purse and snapped the key from a hidden zipper, opening the door to the front of her house. Carefully, I carried her to the top of the stairs and into a room near the left of the stairs.

I dropped her into the bed so she could rest but as soon as I let her go, she wrapped her arms around my neck and nuzzled her cheek into my chest. "Don't go" she groaned, gently grabbing my ear.
