You and Demi's daughter had recently entered exam week of her junior year. She so stressed about passing and doing good, she really wants to be a lawyer, Harvard as her goal. You and Demi were cuddling on the couch when a loud groan came from the kitchen table where her books where scattered, "Princess just come in here and rant for a second it might help as an emotional reset." Demi called to her which was followed by a huff and the slamming of a book. Something that's not normally allowed but with her stress and how hard she pushes herself, it was over seen. She came padding into the room and plopped down on the floor, "I just really want to make your guys and myself proud and I really want to impress the admissions people at Harvard and I wanna make my teachers proud. Most importantly I want to make myself happy with my scores. These exams are going to be so hard so I have to study hard but it's all bouncing off my eyeballs!" She flopped onto her back and you sighed as Demi giggled. You stood up and laid on the ground beside her grabbing her hand, "You know your mom and I will be proud of you no matter what you get, we know you've been working really hard and that's all we ask for. Harvard will be more impressed with your work ethic than your grades, trust me. Besides, if you don't get in, it's for a reason. You'll be perfectly fine. Take a deep breath." She inhaled deeply before exhaling and a few tears slipped from her eyes. "Thank you." You giggled and leaned up to kiss her forehead, "Anytime love bug. Now go get a snack and keep working. Go to bed at a decent time please. Brush your teeth." You stood up and headed for the stairs, Demi got up and helped your daughter up before giving her a bear hug and swaying her back and forth, "I love you so big." They both nodded and Demi followed you up to bed.
Later that night you and Demi decided to take her out to see a movie, get dinner and get some new shirts tomorrow afternoon. A break will do her good. No matter what happens you both will love her so much and her health comes first. You both fell asleep laughing at your daughter as she groaned loudly again.
