~Deceit, Remus, unsympathetic Patton, unsympathetic Roman.~
~btw, Deceit wont talk in only lies. That's hella annoying to write.~
Logan sighed as he left the room, and made his way to his room. Another unsuccessful video. It had been like this ever since Deceit first showed up. It had put everyone on edge, and made him annoyed at the light sides. Why was every mean to the Darksides? They were just doing their jobs, like everyone was. Deceit, everyone was afraid of. He knew from talking with the Hybrid, that the tall male was actually rather nice. Almost like an overworked father. Remus, on the other hand, just did what Roman did, but a bit darker. No matter how the Duke screamed and set things on fire, he always just did what would make the others laugh, and get confused when they get mad or scared. Logan got to his room, and sat down on his bed, putting his head on his hands. He had a headache. He felt someone enter his room, and he groaned.
"Get out Roman."
He heard a dark chuckle, and knew it immediately.
"I am that overly egotistical prince. Bad morning, Logan."
Logan looked up, and saw Deceit leaning on his wall. He got a bit confused.
"Deceit? Why are you here?"
The snake chuckled.
"To see you, Lo. You seem annoyed."
Deceit walked over, and sat on the bed, next to Logan.
The logical side sighed, and said.
"Yes. Everyone has been on edge, and it doesn't allow us to work. It is rather annoying."
Deceit tilted his head
"That doesn't seem it be it.. what are you not telling me?"
Logan looked away, not saying anything.
Almost instantly, Deceit knew what was wrong. He put a hand on Logan's back.
"Oh, Lo.."
Logan shook his head.
"I have evidence, Deceit. They get less tense when I leave. They seem happier without me there, and they stop talking when I pass by. It maybe me being paranoid, but I doubt it. It adds up."
Deceit sighed.
"They do the same thing around me and Remus. I'll tell him to listen into what they say."
Logan nodded.
"Can.. you stay here? I would not like to be alone right now."
Deceit smile softly, and nodded.
~pov switch!~
Remus was humming in the kitchen. Well, in the cupboard. Deceit had texted him to spy on the lights, and tell him what they say about Logan, so he was doing just that. He over heard Roman, the favorite brother, talking to Patton. The rip off dad, Remus called him.
Roman scoffed.
"Pat, you know we're both happier without Logan, and the darks. Logan just brings the whole group down, and the Darksides.. well, you know"
Patton sighed, you could almost hear the disappointment.
"I know, Roman. But you shouldn't talk about Logan like that. He.. he helps, sometimes."
Roman scoffed.
"He's nothing but a downer! He points out the obvious, and tells me to shut up almost constantly! It's exhausting! You know you don't like him either!"
Remus covered his mouth. Holy shit on a guitar. He quickly texted Deceit what he heard, as he heard the two walking away, changing the subject. He teleported out of the cupboard, and ran upstairs, past the concerned 'lightsides', and to Logan's room.
Roman realized that Remus must have been listening, and ran after him. Grabbing his brother by the sash, and pulling him back, and onto the ground. Remus smiled, and screamed. Loudly.
~Another pov switch!~
Deceit heard this right in the middle of reading the text. He got up, and shot out of the room, a close to tears Logan quickly following. Logan sighed, whipped his tears, and yelled:
"STOP!"
And Roman stopped. He had his sword to the neck of a smiling Remus. Remus giggled, and said:
"Oooo, you're in troubleeee!"
Logan walked over, and grabbed Roman by the shoulder. He pushed him backwards, and pulled Remus up. He looked at Roman, disappointment in his cold gaze.
"Roman, you have gone to far. Insulting someone is one thing, but trying to kill a side is crossing the line. Get out."
Roman started to protest, starting saying he was only trying to protect Logan, but before he could, Logan yelled, more angry then he has ever been:
"GET OUT!"
~Part two coming soon!~
