Chapter 9: The Ewok Village

Ewok Village

*Wicket speaks in foreign language*

*Princess Leia awakes from her unconsciousness to a spear pointed towards her*

*She sits up on the log*

"Hello. My name is Leia. I'm from the Rebel Alliance. I mean you no harm." She says as soothingly as she can.

But to no avail.

*he starts chanting*

"Where are you going?"

*he starts to inspect her helmet*

"That's my helmet." She says observatory

*Scout troopers start to approach*

"Behind here." She says pulling the small ewok behind the tall log she was sitting on just moments before.

*he looks at her quizzingly*

*he starts to move towards the trooper. But is shortly thereafter spotted.*

*the troopers grabs him by the hand and Wicket cried for freedom*

*Leia grabs her gun out of her pocket*

*She quickly shoots the first trooper down.*

*the other runs to his speeder and rides away*

*Wicket speaks to her about a village. Yet she understands*

"A village? Can you take me there?"  She asks

*he nods his head and leads her there*

The High Trees:

"So Padme? If you know him. Is he still alive?" Ezra once again asks

"Alive and well. With his son."

"Son?" Asks Rex

"Yes." She responds

"Who's the mother? I thought Jedi were forbidden from attachments. Or marriage and children." He continues

"I mean I know Kanan broke that rule, but General Skywalker?"

"Rude." Says Kanan in response

"He wasn't going to, but we fell in love. And decided we couldn't live without each other. So we decided to live a life of secrecy. But we thought after the clone wars ended, everything would be different. Then I discovered I was pregnant when Anakin went to rescue the chancellor. And he had dreams of me dying in childbirth. He was frightened. Earlier in time he had similar dreams of his mother. When he found her she died in his arms a moment later."

"You and Skywalker?"

"Can't say that I'm surprised. To be honest." Says Rex

"We're you the only clone that survived order 66?"

" No. There was Gregor and Wolfe. Gregory died fighting against the Empire. Like a true soldier. " says Rex

"It wasn't easy to trust them after order 66." Says Kanan

"I imagine not." She says understandingly

" but in the end he did. " says Ezra

"If you don't mind me asking. What happened to your eyes?" I ask

" Ezra was tricked by a vile sith. Maul. And he tried to kill Ashoka and I. He wanted Ezra as an apprentice"

"You're from the past aren't you?" Asks Ezra

" You're very perceptive. That proves that you are an outstanding Jedi. " She says

"That explains a lot actually." Says Rex

"Chopper went to the past and saved Kanan." Says Ezra

" the rebellion is lucky to have you. " she reminds them

"How did you end up here?" Rex asks

" It's complicated. " She says honestly

"We have to keep moving guys." Reminds Kanan

"We can catch up after we defeat the Empire." Padme tells Rex

"Padme!" Anakin yells

"We can't call for them father. Or the Stormtroopers will hear us."

"Stormtroopers?" Asks Anakin

"They are like clones. Only they serve the Empire."

*some scouts appear.*

"It's Anakin Skywalker don't shoot." Shouts one

"What is going on?" Anakin whispers to Luke

"No clue. But I think they think your on their side."

"Let's use it to our advantage." Anakin says

"What is your bidding?" They ask

"I have caught these Rebels so go and find the others."

"Should we bind them? It is standard procedure."

"Of course."

*they put handcuffs on Luke, Ashoka and Han*

"Continue the search. The priority is the team not color coordinated. Do not shoot. We need them alive." Anakin says

"Right away sir." They say exiting

"Can we take these off." Asks Ashoka

"Not yet. Relax Snips. Don't worry you can slice some trooper later." Anakin says

"I am only doing this because I trust you Master." She says

"Good thing to. Because I'm counting on that trust."

"Where do you get your suicidal plans from father?"

"It's a gift." Says Ashoka

"Yes. It is."

"Hurry we need to find Padme and Leia." Anakin continues
