After Katsuki left, I ended up just lying on the bed trying to process everything that just happened, what it meant, and what might happen next.
I tried to call Ochaco but she wasn't answering so I gave up. After a few minutes though, I try calling Mina. She answers almost immediately "Yo! Wassup?" "Hey, why's Uraraka not answering?" I hear her shuffling around a bit "oh, she left her phone in here somewhere and said to not touch it. She went to go get us some snacks. Any news from you?!?!?"
That sounded a little too eager. "Yeah,..why, did someone say something?" She hums a little excited confirmation and I gasp. "Wait? Did Bakagou say something? What'd he say?? What'd he tell you?"
I hear her door open and close and some sounds come from Ochaco. "Well, all he said was that you don't remember anything so I guessed you too talked." I hear Ochaco scoot over "yeah Deku! You did talk didn't you? What happened?"
I rub the back of my head "well,....yeah. Some things did happen." I hear an excited squeal from both of them on the other end. "Omigosh! Details!" "Actually no, wait. Give us a second. We'll talk in 5."
They hang up and I flop back down on my pillow. What are they doing? My answer came in less than five minutes. I heard a nock on the door, and there, both of them stood, each armed with a blanket and pillow and a trial of floating snacks.
I let them in, and we arrange ourselves around the room, getting comfy. I tell them everything that happened, from start to finish, pausing to let them add in their little comments.
We discuss what might happen and where we stand now, since he just walked out without saying anything. After getting a bit bored of the topic, we move onto other things, like movies and Netflix, and some gaming.
They decided to stay in my room overnight, so we all took turns sneaking downstairs, mostly the two of them, because we didn't want to risk anymore drama happening.
Overnight, I made the two of them sleep a distance away from each other and somehow by morning, the two of them were floating on my ceiling, still asleep in their sleeping bags, holding each other's hand. Carefully, I lowered them down, and only then proceeded to wake them up.
Nobody wanted to go down for breakfast, so I was sent to go fetch for the three of us.
I tiptoed downstairs, and thankfully, it seemed like no one was up. Once I reached the table though, Todoroki was sitting there alone.
I gave him an awkward smile and hurried past to the kitchen. Masterfully, I managed to grab each of us a breakfast, and stack them carefully to carry them all upstairs. Just as I turned to leave though, I was caught between Shoto's arms on either side of me, leaning against the counter. I swallow hard and lean a bit back to make some distance between us.
"G-good morning Todoroki." He smiles down at me "hello Midoriya." I glance to the side, hoping to find a moment to sneak through, but he doesn't budge "nice morning it is, isn't it?" I force a grim smile "right. Now I need to take these upstairs,..."
I try to move to the right but he copies my movements "I had fun at the party that night." I nod "yes, it was pretty fun." He moves in closer, making me unable to move. "It was a shame we were interrupted though." I look away from him, but that doesn't stop him. He leans in towards my neck, and starts kissing, biting, and everything else. I place my hand on his chest and push back a bit, grimacing, hating that even though I'm not exactly enjoying it, i have to admit it feels good.
No, that's wrong. I push bag a little harder "Todoroki, no. Let's not. I don't,.." "Why not?" He interrupts me "it's not like anyone will see." I shake my head "that's not the point."
I manage to push him off, and I quickly grab the plates and start heading upstairs. Before I start climbing though I call out to him "I'm sorry Todoroki. But you're just a really good friend. That's it." Before he manages to say or do anything else, I run back upstairs and into the safety of my dorm.
