I awoke the next morning still feeling relaxed. I had a dream that Brian and I were getting married, which was a bit of a shock to me as I had never even considered marrying anyone but now I could see it, Brian standing there in a tux, waiting for me to walk down the aisle.

Looking down I noticed that Brian had formed an erection in his sleep, knowing it was a 'normal' male thing I didn't really mind but it did make me giggle slightly.

My giggle made Brian stir "Mmm" He half groaned, I looked up to his face as his eyes opened sleepily. "Good morning" He greeted and hugged me tightly.

"Morning" I smirked.

"What's so amusing?" He questioned.

"Well it seems that you have a bit of a- uh- morning condition" I informed and nodded towards the tent that had formed underneath the blankets.

"Oh shit, I'm so sorry- I-" He stammered, he began to blush from embarrassment.

"It's OK" I laughed. "I'll leave you to attend to your little friend while I make us some coffee" I said as I got out of the bed.

I exited the room and went to the kitchen. Caleb was already there searching the cupboard for breakfast food.

"Hey Caleb" I greeted as I walked into the kitchen.

"Good morning, is Sleeping Beauty awake yet?" He asked.

"He is, just taking care of a little visitor" I informed.

"What little visitor?" Caleb questioned. I gave him a 'you know' look. "Oh, the morning visitor. Got it" He nodded knowingly.

Caleb cooked the last of the pop tarts and poured us all a coffee while I got a bowl of cereal. 5 minutes later Brian entered the room just as Caleb took the finale bite of his pop tart.

"Any more of those left?" Brian asked him.

I shook my head "Caleb got the last of them".

"Want the last bit?" Caleb asked and poked his tongue out showing a half chewed piece of the pop tart.

"I'll be right" Brian laughed.

"So why didn't you get Riley to help fix your- you know" Caleb asked.

"We're not at that stage in our relationship. I don't want to rush things, Riley means so much to me unlike all those other girls" Brian answered.

"I know. I think Riley is your first decent girlfriend" Caleb informed.

Brian had been honest with me and told me how used to be a bit of a player he went through many relationships and sexual partners but nothing too serious. But like me he was strictly monogamous and wouldn't even date someone if he had feelings for anyone else, which meant he hadn't been in a relationship since our meeting at the mall as he couldn't get me off his mind.

At about lunch time Brian and Caleb dropped me off at Jades and we said goodbyes, both of them wished me luck with Dad and I promised to call Brian that night.

Jade practically threw open the door when I knocked. "Thank god you're here. Your Dad came around to pick you up 10 minutes ago. I told him that you and Kate were out walking and that you'd be back in half hour. I tried calling you but you never picked up" She said.

"My phone died" I informed, which it had.

"Anyway he seemed pretty upset, and suspicious. But he said your Aunt is coming up for a day" Jade continued.

She let me in and I told her about the situation with Dad finding out I had a boyfriend.

Sure enough Dad was knocking at the door within 20 minutes when I opened it he seemed somewhat relieved to see I was there.

"I have been trying to call you since last night" He said.

"Sorry my phone died and I left the charger at home" I explained, it was true.

"Hey Sean, would you like to come in for a coffee?" Jade called.

"No thanks, Riley and I have to leave. My sister will be at home any second now" Dad called back.

I grabbed my bag and got in the car. "There's something I need to ask you" Dad said as he switched on the ignition.

I gulped, knowing what he wanted to discuss "Yes?"

"Are you seeing someone?" He asked right out.

I nodded slightly "I am"

"Why didn't you tell me? How long have you been dating this guy?" He demanded.

"I guess I was waiting for the right time. It's been a few weeks, or more" I shrugged.

"How long?" Dad asked again with a strict tone.

"Two months" I sighed.

"Two months?!" He repeated "Why am I the last to know about him? I know you seen him last night and I know the sleepover at Jade's was a  cover story. Why are you hiding it? You can tell me anything and I'm upset that you'd keep this from me".

"I know, I'm sorry Dad but he's not ready to meet you just yet, let me talk to him and see what I can do about that. Yes I had tea with him last night and meet his brother. I know that your concerned about me going out with a guy that I haven't told you anything about but I can ensure you that I am safe with him and he'd never do anything to hurt me" I confessed.

He seemed to consider it a while "OK" he eventually said "So tell me, do I know him? What's his name?"

"You've met him once at school very quickly, his name is Brian. He is reasonably new and isn't a big part of our group" I said. Trying to be honest yet give out little information.

"I trust your judgement and I'd like to meet your boyfriend. Why don't you invite him over for tea tomorrow?" Dad suggested.

"We were discussing him meeting you last night but he's pretty nervous about it, why don't we give him a few days to prepare himself? Say Friday?" I asked. Friday was still really soon but any longer and Dad would think something was up. Hopefully by then Brian and I would be able to sort out the best way to tell Dad about us.

"Friday it is" Dad agreed.
