"Baby tara na. Mag uumpisa na yung game" Tawag sakin ni Caden at hinila ako papunta sa bleachers para panoorin maglaro si kuya Mark ng basketball.
How many years have passed? To be honest, I lost count already.
"Baby, popcorn?" Alok sakin ni Caden but I glared at him in return.
"I told you not to call me baby! Napagkakamalan nila akong girlfriend mo! Ayoko na ng kaaway" I said but he just laughed as a reply.
"Kaya nga, wag mo na kasi siyang tawaging baby. Ayoko nang makipag sabunutan ulit katulad nung nangyari nung nakaraan" Sera said while hugging her boyfriend
"Kaya nga, baka makasapak ulit ako" Pagsangayon ng Xander at hinalikan ang ulo ni Sera.
"Stop calling her baby." Walang ganang dugtong ni Rain na tinawanan naman ni kuya Renzelle.
"Naiintindihan ko yung kay Sera at Xander. Pero bakit ayaw mong tawagin kong baby si Brianca?" Mapangasar na tanong ni Caden kay Rain
"Kasi hindi siya baby! Ang tanda niya na! Besides, may pangalan siya and it's Brianca" Inis na sagot ni Rain.
It's been years since he left. A lot of things happened.
We confirmed that Caden wasn't the father of Mae's child. He wants me back but my heart was already with someone else. I gave it a shot! I gave myself a chance to be happy with him but to no avail. It doesn't work. I explained it and of course he was broken. He said that he was too late. We became friends afterwards. He still call me baby though. He said that even if we're just friends, I'm still his baby. He's starting to open his heart for another girl step by step and I'm willing to stay by his side until then.
Rain needs to meet a psychiatrist for a whole year because of the trauma she gained from the accident. The suspect is still in jail and I hope he stays in jail! He got a rotten mind and had no conscience at all! I'm glad my brother found Rain before it's too late.
Speaking of, my brother finally courted Rain. He's been courting her since then but they are still not together. It makes me sad that my brother needs to court her for a very long time though it's obvious that they like each other. They act like a couple and do what couples do. Maybe someday they'll get their happy ending.
Xander and Sera? Their still strong. Their actually planning to get married soon.
It's actually been ten years. I'm not going to be shocked if they get married tomorrow.
We all have jobs now. I'm a teacher. Kuya Mark is an artist. He debut with a song he made for Rain. Rain is a lawyer. She's on the top of her batch and managed to gradute law in just 8 years! Kuya Renzelle is an engineer and is currently under a well-known firm. Sera became a nurse but she's working as a model too. Xander became a computer engineer and he's working in a company with a high rate. Caden is a police now. We all got our dreams.
Too sad Loreinz is not here with me. I still remember how he planned his future with me. I still remember how he was gone in just a blink. I still remember his hugs and kisses and I badly missed it. I still love him for goodness sake! It's been ten years but I still love him!
"Brianca. Cream puffs" Alok ni Caden sakin
Tinignan ko ang kamay niya na may hawak ng isang plastik ng cream puffs at inabot yun.
"Still addicted to cream puffs, I see" Nakangising sabi niya kaya naman inirapan ko siya at nagbukas ng cream puffs.
"May itatanong ako sayo" I said
"What is it?" He replied and averted his gaze from the game.
"Bakit kayo nagkaroon ng alitan ni Loreinz noon?" I asked
