Chapter 41

Bree's P.O.V

I dialed Chase's number, to call him, "Chase.. C-can you come find me." I asked in a shaky voice.
"Wha- Are you okay? We're coming." Chase replied seeming worried. Then he hung up.

"Bree, are you okay?" They found me.
"Look, Chase, I'm really sorry, I shouldn't have acted as if you guys were nothing," I wiped my eyes.
Chase, Adam and Leo sat down next to me. Chase put his arm around my shoulder, and Adam stood up, "what happened? Who did this?"
"It doesn't matter" I sniffed.
"Yes it does, you're our sister, and we're supposed to watch out for you." Chase clarified.
"Thanks guys, but right now, I really just want to calm down and get dried." I said wiping both my eyes with the palms of my hands, since everywhere else was soaked.
"Dylan just left you like this? Even though he invited you?" Adam asked starting to get mad.
I shrugged.
''We should go to Chill Mill, they have heaters there.'' Leo suggested.
''I think I'm just going to super speed home, or find Mr. Davenport to take me. You guys go ahead.'' I blew at my dress.
''If you're going home, I'm coming with you!'' Adam said, ''Did I sound like a super hero?''
''I guess we should go home, it's kinda getting late, and it's been a rough day anyways.'' Leo mentioned.

Adam's P.O.V

We decided to go to Chill Mill first to get Bree dried off before we go home. I looked at Bree, while we headed for Chill Mill, ''We're sorry we were ignoring you'', I gave her a short hug from the side.
''Hey, hey, hey, don't include me, I have nothing to do with this. I wasn't ignoring Bree.'' Leo complained.

Chase's P.O.V

-At Chill Mill-

We got to Chill Mill, and sat at a table. My phone started ringing, when I was about to pick it up, I noticed it was Jasmin, so I declined her call.
''You have to speak to her at some point, you know.''
''I'll think about it... Decision thought... Not. Gonna. Happen'' I shook my head, and rolled my eyes.
"We all know that you like her, and she likes you back. Don't deny it." Leo mumbled. I ignored him.
We sat for a while and had smoothies.
''You know it's nine o'clock right?'' Bree examined
''We really should get going.'' Leo said.
''Going where?'' Adam asked blankly, as usual.
''We go home now.'' I explained, the same way someone would explain something to a baby.

''Hey, Big D, can you take us home now?'' Leo asked on his phone with Mr. Davenport.
