Those next five minutes were almost IMPOSSIBLE to bear. You could say I was standing at the door with a metal baseball bat in my hands. That's how terrified I was.
SLAM! I heard a car door shut. I switched on the porch light, thankfully my mother replaced the dead bulb with a new one. As the light flickered on I was relieved to see Hannah waving to her parents and walking up the steps to the porch.
I burst through the door and ran to give her a huge hug. "I'm here now calm down.", Hannah said to me as she continued walking in the house. I released her from my death grip and shut the door. "About time too. I was spazzing out bro. I saw a shadow run across my lawn and OMG it was creepy times 4!", I was telling Hannah before she interrupted with, "Well that's creepy...."
I just looked at her. She was looking out the window with wide eyes. I slowly looked back terrified with what I might find. I looked back. There was nothing there.
Hannah started laughing at me when she saw the look on my face. I was so relived. When I turned back around I punched her in the shoulder and said, "That's NOT funny! How could you do such a thing?! You know how scared I was!" She just laughed even harder and punched me back. Soon, I started laughing too.
After a while, we started to get bored. I retold her the story of what Natalie did, but this time I described what it looked like. We started ranting after that. I mean, SERIOUS ranting. Like, "I've always knew that she.......blah blah blah" that kind of ranting. I don't rant very often, but when I do I am a true rude ass. I was cussing up a storm, and when I finished Hannah began where I left off.
I don't know what I would do without Hannah. We've been best friends for as long as I can remember. Same thing with Elana and Alaska. We've been best friend forever. We have always had this thign where we finish each others sentences. I guess that is what they call "true friendships". After a while I thought I heard another car door shut. "MY PARENTS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HOME UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND.", I thought to myself while looking out the window. Hannah ran to the door and opened it while telling me to stay put. I probably looked really confused, but who I saw next blew my mind. I saw Elana, Alaska, and people who I havent seen in over 2 years.
"TOMMY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!", I screamed and ran up and hugged him. "Damn girl release your death grip before I leave.", Tommy said while I released him. He couldn't stop laughing when he saw me jump up and down. "BETHANY! OH.MY.GERSH YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I MISSED YOU! WHY DIDN'T YOU EVER CALL ME OR MESSAGED ME ON THE FACE OF THE BOOK?!", I yelled while I ran up to hug her also. She hugged me back and told me, "My dad took my phone away and deleted my facebook account. My mom, sisters, and I had had enough. We finally kicked his ass OUT!!" I was so happy for her that I said, "About frigging time too! That bastard deserved it."
"WELL! Now that has been settled lets get on with the rest of our sleepever ok?", Hannah said while clapping her hands to show how excited she was. "SLEEPOVER?! OMG YES!", I yelled to show MY excitement. I haven't seen these guys in forever and turns out that they are staying at my house. "I'll call in some pizza. Four medium size, two with hamburger and canadian bacon, and the other two with pepperoni? With bread sticks and three two liter Dr. Peppers?", I asked them they all shook their head and shouted, "You know us so well!"
After the pizza had arrived and we had all eaten we were extremely tired. We kept laughing over the delivery guys' face and saying, "His reaction was PRICELESS! I can't believe he asked if it was the wrong house! I mean just because we are skinny-ish and there is only one guy in the house that DOESN'T mean that the girls don't eat that much! I could out eat two teenage boys!" Soon after that, we all fell asleep.
