I woke up to the sound of running water.

I sighed, and tried to recall the dream I had, but it just fizzled out.

I reached blindly onto my nightstand where I usually kept my phone-and my hand met something cold and squishy.

I flew out of that bed like a scorched cat.

On further inspection, I was in a strange room-with a bedroll, four inch tall nightstand that surprisingly had a plate of smoked salmon and tofu on it(favorite foods ever... Oddly enough...)an almost empty sleek white dresser, and mirror. A little plug-in fountain trickled in the corner, and there was the green hilted sword from before lying by my bed. The room was white, with white satin curtains over the windows, and corresponding Japanese screens on the two opposing walls.

My backpack wasn't around, unsurprisingly. I still had my phone on me, but it had literally no service at all.

There was a white outfit on the dresser, and another in the drawer-it reminded me slightly of some Spanish bullrunner outfits, but also sort of kimono-like.

I didn't know how to feel about that, so I put it back and wore the clothes I'd slept in.

I found out just how much I was starving after glancing at the food, then one split second later it all disappeared-except for the chopsticks, and one had been bitten in half... Salmon is my favorite thing, after all. Tofu ain't exactly bad, either, wink wonk.

I slipped my sword into my belt, just in case something happened.

Then began the search for an escape route.

Everything was pure white, there wasn't much besides hallways and rooms that had God knows what in them.

I tried to find the exit, but the halls just went on and on...

I shook the thought away, and continued.

I peeked into rooms along the way, I saw a few people in similar outfits to the one in the dresser, but each seemed to have their own personal flairs.

I soon found a stairway that led to another level, and soon saw some windows ahead.

I ran to them, and since it didn't have any panes, I jumped through with ease, landing in the soft white sand.

I wondered if this was near a beach or something-it was like a desert in the moonlight.

There was a massive wall before me, but it was no problem-the smaller buildings that ran alongside it served as a ladder to climb up on.

I eventually stood on the very lip of the wall, and spun around...

My jaw dropped.

The landscape before me was a pure white, sandy wasteland with just a few scraggly trees protruding from the surface, and behind me was an expanse of white buildings and towers, and some odd thing being built on the other end of the wall, like a dome.

The dark night sky with its crescent moon smiled coldly at me, like it knew as well as I that there was no escape from this...

"Oi! Niña!" Someone shouted.

I yelped in surprise and spun around.

A hispanic man in an odd white outfit and what looked like a beard-I couldn't tell from this height-yelled from a window as he climbed out.

I weighed my options-jump, tuck and roll and perhaps, much emphasis on perhaps, not die, then take off into the white bleakness, or stay and fight him.
