I feel my phone buzz and I take it out. It's a text from Sinu saying "They did it! They finally did it". I smile and respond "finally!" Aaliyah looks at me and asks "What's happening, did they finally do it!" I smile even wider and we start jumping like excited toddlers on a playdate. Manuel walks in and says "It happened?". They all celebrate with a cake then they get a FaceTime call from Shawn

They pick up the call and Shawn looks super happy.

Karen: Hey sweetie, what's up?

Shawn: cut the act I know Sinu told you.

Aaliyah: I am so happy for you!

Manuel: For how long?

Shawn: 2 months...

Karen: Shawn Peter Raul Mendes. You were dating the girl that you have been after for 5 years, for 2 whole ass months and you didn't tell us?!

Shawn: Sorry? In my defence we were only hooking up for like the first 2 weeks, then we started dating.

Aaliyah: Get it Shawnie!

Manuel: I'm proud of you for finally taking action, I was about to lock you two in a room until you did this.

Shawn: Oof

On-screen you can see Camila jumped onto his back and is laying down on top of his back.

Camila: Hello Kaaren, Manuel and Aaliyah. I trust you are doing an amazing job of embarrassing my boyfriend.

Shawn gives Camila a quick kiss.

Karen and Aaliyah: Aww... You two are sickeningly cute.

Camila whispers something in Shawn's ear that I cant hear except for the words "bed", "me", and "meet". Shawn turns as red as a Tomato.

Shawn: Kk. Bye Mom, ill text you later.

Shawn hangs up and Aaliyah shows me the photo she took of Shawn and Camila kissing. We smirk and Aaliyah posts the photo of them tagging them.

Aaliyahmende.s: So @ShawnMendes is going to kill me for this but yesterday was their 2 month anniversary, they are so overly cute, it's annoying. BTW. @ShawnMendes and @camila_cabello this is payback for keeping it a secret until now!
