We sat in silence as I watched tears fall from Bailey's eyes, then all of a sudden she pulled me into a tight hug and I felt warmth trickle down my face. I just let out all my pend up feelings from the past 15 nearly 16 years of life, I silently suffered through.

"I'm sorry, you had to go through all that as such a young age." Her voice was shaky from crying.
"No," I shook my head and grabbed her hands in mine, then looked her square in the eye. "You couldn't have known or done anything, it's also in the past I've accepted it myself already so you can too."
"Your right... how about we go eat and you can stay in my guest room?" She wiped off her tears as did I.
"Sounds good, and thank you for letting me get out my emotions." She chucked slightly at my comment.
"Hey, we're both girls plus we're 5 days apart and your birthday is in 2 days! And We're going to celebrate it whether you like it or not, cause I'm now your friend!"
"But!"
"Nope! Now I wanna eat." As if agreeing our stomachs grumbled in unison to her comment, causing us into a small fit of laughter as we made our way down to the cafe again.

"Hey Elias!" Bailey yelled at a blonde male.
"Bailey?" The blonde responded, from my guess he was part of her pack well her brother's pack and held some sort of rank, as he seemed to be her guard or something.
"Can you drive us?"
"Us?" The blonde spotted me trailing after Bailey. "Why does she smell like a rogue Bailey." He demanded blankly, starring me down.
"Because she just does, also can you drive us to get food?" She eyed him like she was challenging him to disobey her, to which he didn't back down.
"Either you explain why your with a rogue or I can get the Alpha, and that way you won't be allowed out even in the morning." Bailey visibly froze at the mention of her brother
"Fine! I found her walking the streets when I was taking a shortcut here!" 
"And you thought to bring her with you."
"But she has a special coat colour!" It was like listening to a child whine to their parent, except it nothing like that.
"What do you mean her wolf is special?" God dammit, thanks for making Dakota a prideful prick (well as if she wasn't one already).
"She's a white wolf! Do you know how rare that is Elias!"
"Very funny. We both know people will change their wolf colour with dye now, well at least the ones who want to be married into high ranking positions." Well that's news to me.
"Well excuse you, since she just shifted a few days ago." The sunset looks pretty, or whatever they have been arguing about.
"So she's older than you." I just started to tune out their argument and wandered through my thoughts.

Alyssa?

Mmh, what Kode?
Are we going to stay with Bailey, or will we leave and run away because of Cerberus?
I don't know Kode, I want to stay but that might put them at risk.
Can we stay with them until they leave, I mean for their pack land?

Of course, but who knows how long that is.

"Alyssa are you okay?" I pick up an undertone of worry and stress in Bailey's voice.
"Yeah... I'm just tired from today." I wasn't completely lying.
"Okay, I won't be upstairs until 9 or 10 so go ahead without me."
"Mmh Hmm." I climbed the stairs and ignored the two pairs of eyes I felt following me, until I dissapeared.

I really didn't feel like running through my thoughts again, so I just gave into the dark embrace of sleep.

You can't blame for taking so long to update, I've been sick struggling with ideas and had to catch up on quite a bit of school. So enjoy the update, and while I can I'll try and work on more chapters, also I'm still sick and managed a day off school to catch up on a project I need to do.
