Chapter 14 ~ Information

(Flashback)

Marcus had to get away and clear his head. At the moment, he couldnt deal with the stress. He had to leave before he did something that he would regret. It wouldn't only hurt him, it would've hurt a lot of people. So to prevent blacking out, he turned to the only person he knew he could talk to.

Down the dark road, he drove fast trying to get to his destination. He knew it was wrong but he couldn't have his wife scared. 'This may hurt her but what she don't know won't hurt' Marcus thought.

Pulling up to the house he hopped out of the car with quickness. Rushing to the front door he started ringing the doorbell waiting for her to answer. The door slowly opened.

"What are y-"

He cut her off by smashing his lips into hers. Pushing her back away from the door. He was trying to let out all the emotions he was feeling at this moment. She stopped him and pulled him upstairs to the room.

*2 weeks later*

"I have something to tell you Marcus" she said over the phone.

"Wassup" he asked.

"I don't really wanna tell you over the phone can you come over" she asked.

"Yea I'll be over in a few minutes" he said.

"Ok" she said hanging up looking down at what she was holding in her hands.

A few minutes later, the doorbell started ringing. Marcus walked in the house and waited for her to talk.

"Wassup" he asked.

"I don't really know how to tell you this but I have to so here" she handed him the object.

He looked down and read it then looked up at her.

"You pregnant" he asked confused.

"Yes we're going to have a baby" she said excitedly.

"No no no" he said shaking his head.

"What do you mean no" she asked.

"What you mean what I mean. We can't have no baby. Hell it ain't no we" he said looking down at her.

"What are you saying? I'm confused" she said tearing up.

"Look it ain't no we. It shouldn't have happened in the first place. I gotta go"  he said walking away but she grabbed him.

"No you can't leave me to do this on my own. Please don't leave" she said begging and pleading.

"I have to go check on my family" he said.

"What about this family" she asked.

"I only have one family and it's not here" he said walking out.

She dropped to her knees and started crying. She has no one. No one in her corner. No one by her side. No one to help her in this type of situation. She is all alone.

(Flashback over)

Marcus Pov*

I was sitting there thinking staring at the boy that looked so familiar. I forgot I was even talking to Lamar.

"Dad are you good" Mar asked.

"Yea yea I'm good just thought about something" I said slightly smiling trying to make it believable.

"Well what did you do" he asked.

"Ohh nothing son. You have nothing to worry about. Enjoy the rest of your day" I said.

"Thanks again pops" he said hugging me.

"No problem I'm about to head upstairs to my room" I said walking away.

"Ok" he said.

"Ice man I don't know who you talking about" he cried out. My worker punched him again in his face.

"You getting on my fucking nerves bruh. You sitting here acting stupid and shit like I dont know that you work for the motherfucker. Now tell me where the fuck he at" I said with my arms crossed.

"Bruh I swear I don't know man" he said. I pulled out my 9mm and shot him in the foot. He started screaming.

"Now dont say no stupid shit. If something else stupid come out yo mouth imma drop yo ass. If you dont have any information you wanna give out dont say shit at all. Then that'll let me know I gotta drop yo ass. Either way it go imma find out what I need to know" I said waving my gun around while lighting a blunt.

"He dont tell us nun. All I know is he got kids and a wife" he said crying in pain.

"Finally motherfucker" I said blowing out smoke. The room fell silent.

"Nigga you ain't done keep fucking talking" I semi-yelled.

"What else you wanna know man" he asked still crying.

"Bitch you ain't said shit I need they names" I said walking up on him.

"I don't know all they names I just know his son name Jamal Humble he just turned 17 yesterday" he said looking at me.

"See that wasn't so hard was it" I asked walking away then turning back around.

"Bitch ass should've told me more info. Clean this shit up" I said walking upstairs.
