She had the baby and was so excited. The baby is her piece, her joy, her happy place. She didn't need no one else but her son. Not even Marcus bitch ass but she did have a good heart and didn't want any tension between them for the sake of their child. She called Marcus and surprisingly he answered.

"Yooo" he said.

"Marcus hey" she said.

"Who is this" he asked.

"Don't tell me you don't remember me Marcus it was not that long ago" she said.

"Man what the fuck you want Brooke" he said.

"I was just trying to get over the things that happened in the past so we co-"

"Man look I already told you it ain't no we and it won't ever be a we so get that shit out yo head" he said cutting her off.

"Ok well I was trying to let it go for the sake of our child Marcus" she said.

"What child? My children good" he said.

"You forgetting about one that was just born a few months ago. Don't leave him behind and treat your other kids better than him" she said frustrated.

"I don't have no other kids I only have the ones that are with me right now and one on the way and you taking they time away from they father. Now I don't want to hear shit else about having another son because I only have one. Dont call me no mo" he said hanging up the phone.

'Bet if he think he gone treat my son like shit then he gotta another thing coming. Imma show him in due time' she thought evilly.
