You were reading a book while he was out at work. The front door opened and a familiar voice chimed in. "Y/n, I'm home!" Arthur said loudly so you could hear him. You set your book down and bolted to greet to him. You nearly knocked him over by jumping into his arms. He chuckled and you nuzzled noses.
"So how was work?" You asked as the two of you had moved to the living room couch to snuggle up together. "Frustrating when the little shit is there..." Arthur huffed and you chuckled. "Well, its just you and me here." You said before he kissed you passionately. "Which I'm very happy about. Sometimes I think the joy does nothing. Because you are what makes me happiest, y/n." He cooed at you, making you a mess of gushing. "I love you so much!" You squealed out happily before hugging onto him tight. He smiled and kissed you on the head.
